Awesome Place! You need a keen eye to locate Magnolia B&B, but once you do, you'll know you found a truly hidden gem. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable, and quiet. Its location is perfect for exploring and catching a quick nap before dinner after a long day of touring. We look forward to returning.
Although this apartment is in a great location, central to everything, our stay was less than pleasant. The host was not available but the woman that showed us to our room was less than pleasant (not even a smile), basically just took us to the room and left. Didn't show us anything about the room. Took us a long time to get the AC to work (it never did work properly - just made a lot of noise). Bathroom (shower) was very dirty and mouldy. Beds and pillows were super uncomfortable and HARD. Furniture, decor etc are very dated. The apartment does have a nice view from the rear terrace, but otherwise we felt that this was really a missed opportunity. There are several places we have stayed more than once but this would definitely NOT be one of those. There's much better value elsewhere, not far from this location.
We stayed in the two bedroom apartment on the 3rd (?) floor. it had a kitchenette that had a little balcony (lovely). Both bedrooms were spacious and had air-con (yeh!) They also had a a sofa big enough for a child/smaller teenager to sleep comfortably on. So it was ideal for us. #threekidproblem
This was THE BEST AirBnb I have ever stayed in! The location was more than perfect - somehow quiet even though it is right in the middle of everything. Parking is very close and restaurants, cafes, shopping are right underneath of you. Serena was so kind and inviting. The breakfast in the morning was more than expected. I have already recommended this place to friends and will 100% stay here again on my next visit to Orvieto. Grazie per tutto Serena!
