The house is located 1 mile from city center and 5 miles from Arches National Park. Townie bikes available to guests. Patio BBQ. Sleeps 10. Cozy, at-home feel.

The space
The LaunchPad Guest House is 2500 sq./ft. and was built in the 60s. The house sits on a half acre parcel 1 mile from the center of town and 5 miles from Arches National Park.

The house showcases 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, beautiful Saltillo tile flooring, wood burning stove, air conditioning and a large open floor plan for the living room, kitchen and dining room. The back patio has a dual gas/charcoal BBQ for grilling.

All box springs, mattresses and pillowcases in the house are protected by bed bug encasements for your safety and peace of mind.

Cyclist friendly! A custom bike garage provides bike storage, mechanic stand, basic tools, wash station, complimentary townie bikes and car bike carriers. Bring a 4-6ft cable or coil lock for added security.

Please be aware: There is a no-dog policy at the house as The Launch Pad has a resident cat. She prefers to be outside, but has access to the common areas of the house.

Please note: My conditional use permit to run a nightly Bed & Breakfast in a residential zone requires a live-in manager. Therefore, myself or a manager may reside in the Cataract room at the back of the house. The room has a private bathroom and entry. When possible, arrangements can be made for the manager to vacate the premise while the full house is rented by a group.

Hello future guests! I hope to provide you with a comfortable place to rest while you launch into Moab's desert paradise. In every room are national park maps & publishings, a menu guide & my "Local Favorites" sheet to help you make the most out of your trip. I purchased the house in 2013 with the intention of operating a B&B. It was quite run down when I found it, but I recognized its incredible potential & I have been enjoying the task of turning it into Moab's most enjoyable sanctuary. That being said, I apologize ahead of time if we don't meet up while you're here. I run this business alone & am constantly on the move. Please feel free to message me if you need anything. I sincerely hope to meet you though... my airbnb guests are the best!
