The Space

Elegant studio with a large sleeping alcove ("Junior 1 bedroom") in a very upscale elevator building in the Meat-Packing District. It is down the block from the Highline and on the same street as the Gansevoort and Standard Hotels. Awesome neighborhood. Restaurants and shopping on every corner.

The apartment is freshly painted and newly renovated with brand new furniture and a brand new queen-sized bed! It's really clean, cozy and calm, extremely private and quiet. The large bathroom has a shower/tub with sliding glass doors. There is also a 37" flat screen plasma TV mounted on the wall. There's a separate galley kitchen (with a cool cork backsplash) and full amenities. And also a little dining area. Air conditioning. And yes, the apartment does have free wireless Internet access. It's on the first floor but there is also an elevator.

The Subways A,C,E are on the corner and the 1,2 & 3 are down the block. The maximuim number of days for stay is usually 7, but contact me if you would like to stay longer...we'll see if it's possible. Amenable to short stays, as well, even an overnight.

Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at noon, but I can be pretty flexible when possible. Oh...and this one's important, please please please upload a photo and tell me a little something about yourself. If you don't add a photo and a brief bio with your request I simply won't be able to respond. Thanks for understanding.

If you've already read this far, please note that the calendar on the site may not reflect the dates that are still available as numerous requests come in daily. So be sure to ask about dates, but please DO NOT go ahead and book my place without contacting me first. I repeat...DO NOT book it without contacting me first. I may have to decline the request! I don't want you to be disappointed if the place has already been booked. Thanks for your interest.

Finally, if I allow you to stay in my home, please remember that it is my home. Please leave a note behind if you break something or stain the couch and rug. I'd like to be able to host you again.

Looking forward to hosting you!
