About this listing
Hello and welcome to this sweet, fully furnished one-bedroom, one-bath and living-room apartment with door that opens right onto a lovely tree-lined back garden.
Located in the heart of the city between Beverly Blvd and Melrose Ave where you'll find lots of restaurants, cafes, shops, cinemas, as well as the Grove and the Farmer's Market just across the street. It's in very safe area where with friendly neighbors and you can walk everywhere!
Charming rooms with touches of mid-century styling and a couch that can be converted into a full-sized bed when needed. The bedroom itself features a queen-size bed, and the bathroom is equipped with both a shower and bathtub.
Please note that this is a 'bachelor' apartment; there is no full kitchen, but there is a microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, silverware and dishware to have a morning coffee or just warm up leftovers.
Please note, all sicks and toilet are in working order. If there is a blockage, you will be responsible for the repair. So please try not to stuff the toilet with toilet paper or feminine products and use the drain protectors for the sinks.
Much appreciated, Thanks
the apartment was perfect and the neighbor is very safe and nice. the description was perfect
We had a great time at Angie's place in LA. The apartment was very representative of the pictures displayed and we were not expecting anything less or more. The neighborhood was very pleasant, typically very quiet and in a great location. Walking distance to the Grove, a Trader Joe's, CVS, Whole Foods, The Farmer's Market, and other little restaurants and conveniences.
The apartment stayed relatively cool and we definitely used the outdoor space as much as possible.
We didn't meet Angie but everything we needed was easily accessed.
The WiFi was pretty underwhelming, however there are many TWC hotspots around the area we found. Internet was important to us so we wish that it was a little more convenient in house.
The ability to park one car off street is HUGE in LA and I'm so glad that was an option here. We didn't have a rental car at first and then quickly realized we would need one to be able to afford all the places we wanted to go. DO KNOW that you will need a smaller/compact to get into the parking lot as the opening was about the same width as our little Hyundai.
Apartment was cozy and comfortable. Backyard sitting area was a bonus. Would stay again.
Ah, appena arrivate abbiamo trovato uno scarafaggio in bagno!
Everything was very easy. We did not even need to contact Angie while we were there at all because there was no reason to. Apartment was exactly as portrayed in the photos and description. While we were there is was a little cold and there are space heaters provided, but I would recommend an extra blanket because there are not many extra linens around. We never asked for extra blankets though so I don't know if they would have been provided. Neighborhood is amazing. So many great restaurants and shops within walking distance it's incredible. Even with it being a busy neighborhood we could find street parking within a couple blocks. I did not ask about parking in the back parking lot so I don't know if that is an option.
This was my 3rd stay in this area of LA, and as usual it was quiet but within walking distance of the bustling Melrose Avenue, Farmers Market and The Grove.
Angie's apartment was bigger than the others I'd stayed in, and it was lovely to have some outside space (and parking!) The lack of a full kitchen wasn't an issue (there is a microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine), especially as there are so many good places to eat nearby.
The location was perfect, you can easily park for free , only exception tuesday morning, I got a ticket. The bed is comfortable, and the day light in the house was magic. You can have breakfast , lunch and shopping close by. Check in check out super quick and easy. I world probably come back!
