The Space

Hello and welcome to this sweet, fully furnished one-bedroom, one-bath and living-room apartment with door that opens right onto a lovely tree-lined back garden.

Located in the heart of the city between Beverly Blvd and Melrose Ave where you'll find lots of restaurants, cafes, shops, cinemas, as well as the Grove and the Farmer's Market just across the street. It's in very safe area where with friendly neighbors and you can walk everywhere!

Charming rooms with touches of mid-century styling and a couch that can be converted into a full-sized bed when needed. The bedroom itself features a queen-size bed, and the bathroom is equipped with both a shower and bathtub.

Please note that this is a 'bachelor' apartment; there is no full kitchen, but there is a microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, silverware and dishware to have a morning coffee or just warm up leftovers.

  • The apartment is in a fantastic location, and is exactly as advertised. Nice one-bedroom on a great street in the middle of everything - walking distance to Grove, and easy to get to CVS, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Ralphs and lots of restaurants and stuff nearby. All accommodations comfortable and easy-to-use and access. Directions provided were complete and correct. Heard lots of noise and conversations from other folks in the building, which I didn't love. Parking is hit-or-miss depending on the day and time-of-day. Sunday night was really hard to find a space and had to park blocks away, but during the weekday it's easier. WiFi is great. It's a true bachelor's kitchen, as advertised, and TV works fine, but is antenna only, so if you care about cable, keep that in mind. No trouble reaching owner before arriving but called and texted when I was there and didn't get response. Overall, a terrific value with a few little inconveniences, but a nice apt in a great neighborhood. If you don't have to deal with parking, you'll love it even more! It's such a great way to get a feel for LA and that neighborhood, and to feel at home in a way that a hotel will never offer.

  • Once again Angie came to the rescue.. Many thanks
The apartment is a bachelor (no kitchen) but this is explained when booking but there is a great restaurant 100 feet down the road and an amazing organic supermarket 150 away. The deli there sells amazingly fresh and wholesome foods.
The bed was a little creaky but all in all a good weeks stay with laundry facilities.
    Thanks

  • The stay at Angie's went very well. The bed and futon were comfortable, apartment clean, good restaurants and organic market near-by. Street cleaning and somewhat restricted parking were the only things that need extra attention at this location.

  • Franchement désolée ce n'était pas du tout ce que je voulais trouver à Los angeles; un vieux appart sale et pas de confort un conseil n'y allez pas. Il y des hôtels à coté moins chers et plus propres.
