Welcome to our cozy historic Indy cottage in a quiet neighborhood retreat just minutes from downtown. Enjoy coffee on the porch, a fenced yard for pets, and easy access to Mass Ave, Bottleworks, and Lucas Oil Stadium. Thoughtfully updated for comfort and style while keeping its original charm!

This quaint home features a king bedroom with walk-in closet, updated and stocked kitchen, secondary flex bedroom/office, and two-car garage. Perfect for your next Indy adventure!

The space
Spanning approximately 1,000 square feet, this charming home features a circular floor plan, designed for easy and open living. The main bathroom connects to both the kitchen and primary bedroom, allowing it to function as a private en-suite when desired. The guest bedroom, located just off the dining room, is separated by two glass French doors with curtains for complete privacy.

Guests will have access to the entire home, private detached 2 car garage, and fenced in backyard.

Please note: Due to the home's historic nature, it may not be suitable for individuals with mobility concerns, as both the sidewalk and porch steps are relatively steep.

Neighborhood highlights

Located in the Springdale Neighborhood, the cottage is surrounded by both similar historic homes and modern new builds! The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. There is free on-street parking as needed as well as our private detached garage accessed from the alley.

The popular Mass Ave and Bottleworks District are a short 1.5 miles away for endless dining and entertainment opportunities. However, there are many nearby neighborhood hot spots to explore as well! Some of our favorites include Kan Kan Cinema and Restaurant, Beholder Fine Dining, Amelia’s Bakery and Coffee, Mayfair Taproom, and the Circle City Industrial Complex filled with fun bars and activities!
