- 4 STANDARD ROOMS: with full-size bed, shared bathroom in hall.
- 1 TWIN ROOM: with 4 twin beds (2 pull-out from below), shared bathroom in hall.

- Fully stocked kitchen with wood oven and toaster oven (no conventional oven).

Additional Services:

- Housekeeping service (cooking and/or cleaning): $600 MXP for 6-hour shift with 2 maids.

Other things to note
Remember this is a 250 year-old historic property in a rural area, so please keep in mind:

INFRASTRUCTURE: This is not a luxury hotel! Facilities are very rustic: antique furniture, basic linens, and building a little quarky. Me and my staff are there to assist you if needed, but please be patient if the infrastructure desn't work as smoothly as in a modern house.

WATER SUPPLY: Our water supply is limited, therefore, we must really conserve water. With groups of 10 people or more, if everyone showers daily the water will run out for periods of 12 to 24 hours.

WILDLIFE: Expect to see a plethora of critters...squirrels, mice, bats and insects. We try to keep them off the house, but some do sneak in. Please keep doors and windows shut most of the time, specially from sunset to sunrise.
