The flat has everything you need, including wireless Internet, a shared bathroom, kitchen, separate bathroom, microwave, fridge and parking. You also have your own key, so you can lock your room.
The flat is about 400 meters from New Cross Station, which gives you access to the Overground and the mainline railway (Note: the Overground is connected to the tube/underground - it just runs over ground - all tickets are valid). Deptford Bridge Station is even closer. From here the DLR (Docklands Light Railway) will take you to Greenwhich and Canary Wharf.
There are also numerous buses, which pass New Cross Road and go straight to central London, including several night buses, so you can always get home no matter what time of night! You can be in Trafalgar Square (by train) in just 15 minutes. The vibrant and eclectic area of Shoreditch is also just 15 minutes on the Overground. The location is ideal for any tourist or person working in central London!
So far all the guests in the flat have been very nice, interesting, responsible and very respectful of one another. I believe that they have all enjoyed their stay. The apartment is maintain daily to a high standard.
In the local area you will find everything you need for a great stay; there are 24 hour food shops, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, some really nice traditional English pubs, a local theatre and the famous Deptford Market all within walking distance of the flat. The flat is very close to Goldsmith University campus, so could be an ideal base if you are visiting the university for a conference.

Interaction with Guests
We love meeting guest!! Most people come to London to visit the major attractions. We normally just leave them to this. We always help to orientate them as much as we can.
The area, which is in zone 2, is arty and cosmopolitan. Greenwich is just around the corner and you can walk it there in about 20 minutes.
Transport close by:
Tube, train, DLR, bus, mini cabs (ask and we will order for you)

Sidney is a great guy.Always eager to help and make you feel comfortable. He answered all my phone calls no matter the time.
He gave us our space and never disturbed us.
The apartment is next to London Bridge,5 minutes from the (email hidden) is clean and it has all the essential equipment you many need. The time I booked, it was the cheapest one in the market.
Sidney is a very friendly and helpful man..everything is exactly like description..5 to 10 mins walk to new cross station. Clean and tidy house..we enjoyed our stay :)
accomodation was great, we can't complain at all. Flat seemed to be clean, kitchen was fully equipped and everything met the description. okay, the room doesn't look as shiny as on the pic, but we were more than happy with it. great price for such a big (we were even 3 people with one extra mattress) and nice room, which is very close to the city centre. We didn't see our host, but he sent everything as an email, checked via text message and we always had the feeling we could contact him whenever we want. In a nut shell: all perfect! we would come again.
Sidney was a very approachable and helpful host who we saw a number of times during our stay. The facilities were kept very clean by Vera. We were able to find parking on the street for our hire car.
Sidney is a great and genuine host, always ready to accommodate our needs, helpful and chatty. The location is great as well, near to the city and new cross station is about 5-10mins away. Supermarkets are close by. Great comfortable budget accommodation.

Born in the sunny old UK; A Cambridge Graduate that used to work for an investment bank. For some years now my main activity has been property. I set up a short term letting company last year to address the increasing demand from tourists looking to rent a room or apartment in London. We now have a small team and work in the business full time. So if you have booked a room or apartment with us you can be sure that we are fully focused on you having a great stay.
On a more personal level I am a laid back person who loves dancing, travel and mixing with fun and interesting people, as well as spending time with my pregnant fiancée and preparing to become a father in October 2015, if I can stop stressing her out and enable her to have a peaceful pregnancy! If you hear me shouting or storming out, it is likely to be at her as I do not have the time nor the patience for hormonal, pregnant women!
In terms of being a guest, I always treat your property as if it were my own - I believe in clean living, I don't smoke and only drink in tiny amounts. I am sociable and can talk a LOT; sometimes TOO much, in fact! At this stage in my life I do like some level of comfort, but it does not have to be extravagance.
My life motto: Stay POSITIVE; Look for the POSITIVE; Generate POSITIVE Energy and treat your loved ones with respect - Something I need to work on myself, particularly if I am to become a good husband and father!
