Response from Lana:

The guest was not expected to clean the room. In fact, two professional housekeepers cleaned the room the day before Renee arrived but she did not appreciate their standards of cleanliness or those of the other guests. Unfortunately she chose to discuss that with the other guests who were not comfortable with her conversations and suggestions that they clean up after themselves and her "lessons" about how to do clean. The other guests were very satisfied with their personal spaces as well as the shared spaces and the cleaning routine. Renee will be happier with her own space, not sharing a home with others.
