Take it easy at this unique, cute and tranquil getaway. It’s on the third floor of an 1811 historic building, but you’ll be one block away from downtown Cynthiana and its events. You have your own your own Starlink internet service with fiber-optic Wi-Fi backup. A mini-washing machine and dryer are in-unit, along with a comfortable queen-size Amish-made bed. The floors have been redone in cedar. A custom-made shower complements the apartment, along with a kitchen with a fume hood over the oven.

The space
The attic studio apartment is a 1 bed/1 full bath with a queen size bed, streaming TV, love seat, full kitchenette, and breakfast nook that doubles as a work station. Ice maker in lobby. Starlink recently added.

Guest access
Enter through the entrance at 113 North Main Street, Cynthiana, KY 41031. Follow the hallway up the stairs to the top unit. A door code will be provided to enter the unit. This is apartment 5 for USPS purposes.
*This lobby entrance is shared by two other tenants who live on the second floor.*

Other things to note
Please note: This apartment is on the third floor. There is no elevator. The stairs have safety handrails but the last flight of stairs is narrow and steep (the building was built in 1811 before accessibility codes). Additionally, the washer and dryer are located in the bathroom of the unit, and some spaces are narrow. The USPS address is 113 North Main St., Apt. 5, Cynthiana, KY 41031–1275. **May not be easily accessible to all persons.**

If you are staying in the Cynthiana area, check us out. We have fiber optic Wi-Fi and TV, but bring your own subscription. You are on the second or third floors of an attorney’s office in a building built in 1811. The attic apartment has cedar floors and an Amish-made cedar bed. The second floor apartment has traditional antique furniture. Both apartments have queen-sized beds, modern appliances, washer and dryer, and central air and heat.
