Positioned in a quiet cul de sac St. just 10min stroll to the glorious golden sand beaches & clear blue ocean surrounds of Culburra Beach. A classic south coast surf mecca, the region includes access to Jervis Bay; marine reserves+wineries+oyster farms+relaxing stunning coastal walks.

The space
We welcome you to enjoy our home as yours. Relax in the uber comfortable lounge area with linen sofa, luxurious club chairs, reading books and of course a large screen Samsung TV with loads of viewing options. Unwind and enjoy a sunset Aperitivo cocktail in the garden spa, overlooking the calm waters of Curley’s Bay or perhaps indulge in a lavish lunch or delicious dinner with the family on the huge outdoor dining table. There is also a lovely front garden complete with outdoor hot and cold shower. Enjoy our lovely green garden space with great afternoon sun & outdoor BBQ. A favourite spot of ours to enjoy a morning coffee and the sea breezes while the kids throw the ball with the puppy. For indoor dining there is a fabulous 6-seater oak dining table, great for any meal, or make use of the breakfast bar for a poached eggs as you look out over the expansive bird filled garden. Cosy up-to our double-sided gas fireplace and daydream the afternoon away, or doze off on the cooler days. There is a contemporary full kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, stone bench tops and premium cookware and dinnerware. All four bedrooms are uniquely & beautifully furnished and include comfortable beds, luxury linens, built in wardrobes and amenities. The king bedroom features a portable cot, sheets and highchair which is available on request. We also have a stunning garden studio complete with ensuite; the ultimate parent / grandparent retreat. This home is perfect for families, couples sharing a weekend away, a local event, or special birthday. We offer beautiful indoor/outdoor living in one of the most tranquil parts of the south coast. Bring your own kayaks or surfboards to enjoy the waterways.
Wake up to the unforgettable sunrise over the bay, a dip in the ocean, a delightful local barista made coffee as you plan your adventure in Jervis Bay that day!

Guest access
The house in its entirety is privately yours for your booking. There are no other people living on site so your privacy is assured.
If you are a small group costs will be kept in line with your group size. Should you use additional bedrooms, charges will apply.

To keep pricing reasonable, once your booking is for over 6 people, access to the sleepout studio is automatically included, and there is a nominal additional fee for the extra guests per head.

The nightly rate is calculated per guest, with each room in the house sleeping two guests, in either king or queen beds.
If you are a smaller group but would still like to add the studio and third bathroom, please notify your host.

If your group is 6 or less, the sleep out studio is not automatically included, and there are no added charges.
These charges contribute toward the additional professional cleaning, and linen charges for the additional space of the sleep out studio. If you are a smaller group but would like use of the sleep out area, for children, or privacy, you are welcome to discuss this option with your host.

Culburra Beach is an easy 2.5 hr drive from Sydney, and yet so unique.
Its a lovely sleepy Beach and Bay town with amazing natural beauty.
The Shoalhaven River, the beaches of Jervis Bay Marine Park, the wineries of Berry Mountain and Crookhaven Light house walk are all accessible from our house. Bring your bike, kayak or surfboard, Its a place to do as little or as much as you feel like.

Neighborhood highlights

Our neighbourhood is quiet and residential, made up of local and holiday houses.Being at the end of a Cul de sac, there is little traffic in or out. Having direct access to the Ocean and the River, we are spoiled with the pretty sounds of abundant bird life around the house.
For your convenience, a Woolworths Supermarket, is 5 mins drive away, as are a choice of bakeries, a boutique coffee van, a number of cafes and a bottle shop. The Culburra bowling club is also 5 mins and has a surprisingly good offering for an easy night out.
