The house is across the street from the Palmer Events Center and three bus lines and it is within walking distance to local favorites such as El Alma Café, Zax Restaurant and Bar, the City Wide Garage Sale, and Austin's premiere sushi restaurant, Uchi. Only half of a block off of Barton Springs road, the home is within walking distance to downtown Austin, Auditorium Shores, hike and bike trails, the Palmer Events Center, Barton Springs Pool, and the celebrated South Congress area.

*No pets are allowed unless otherwise noted for specific properties.
* No smoking is allowed in or around any property.
Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.
If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the property manager to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the property manager receives information about excessive noise, TurnKey has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the property manager to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes TurnKey to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.

The front of the home is deceptive - it looks small, but the side reveals just how big the property is. Parking for two in the driveway.
We had a great stay at the Bouldin House. It has plenty of room for our large group. The neighborhood is quiet and in close proximity to a lot of the places we visited during our stay. Erica and the Turnkey Team were wonderful. They were responsive and quick to reply to emails when we had a question/concern during our stay.
When I saw the red door, I hoped this place was for us! And then I saw the location and the two bathrooms and the washer/dryer, and then I knew this was the perfect place for our family to stay! We were in Austin for my daughter’s wedding down in Luling. I wanted a place for my son & his wife and the new baby and for my other son and for my daughter. And maybe a bridesmaid…. Everything was as lovely as it looked in the pictures and worked out perfectly. Comfy beds and clean, equipped kitchen!! We enjoyed having two sitting areas, one with the TV--- and then there was that perfect little crows nest way upstairs for anyone who wanted to get away And view the city and have a private talk. My whole family had a delightful stay and I would certainly like to book this place again when we all return to Austin.

Great location! House was spacious. Really had a cool Austin vibe.
We didn't get the best weather but the backyard was fantastic. It had lots of space and a great fire pit.

This house is great- very spacious and pleasant. The firepit and backyard are really great additions too. With the new Austin Bikeshare station right at the foot of the house (basically) the house feels even closer to downtown but without all of the noise/people of the city. A GREAT spot for whoever is looking for a nice mix of peace and city
That is absolutely correct - the new bikeshare station is located right down the street from this home at 900 Barton Springs Road at The Palmer Auditorium. What a great addition to our city! We are so glad that you took advantage of that and had a positive experience with it.
