Recently built, Sunset Over Stanton can accommodate up to 12 guests and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Guests are delighted to find three levels of living space and plenty of places to gather.

This new mountain home is a treat for adventurers looking to spend their days in the outdoors: It is just one mile from Attitash, close to state parks, and has access to the Saco River from the backyard. If you are traveling here to enjoy downtown North Conway or Storyland, it is close to those activities too. No matter the vacation you have in store, Sunset Over Stanton won’t disappoint.

MAIN LEVEL

The open concept great room is adorned with exposed wood beams and a stunning stone fireplace. Ideal for entertaining family and friends, you can cozy up by the fireplace while taking in the beautiful mountain views through the expansive picture window. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen has an open layout with lots of seating at the spacious dining table and the kitchen island. Extend your enjoyment outdoors to the covered porch, where scenic year-round views await.

SECOND FLOOR

The upper level includes 2 large bedrooms, each with 2 queen beds. This space is perfect for kids or couples to share. Each room is individually controlled by mini-split heat/AC systems to ensure your comfort no matter the weather.

LOWER LEVEL

The lower-level family room has a great space for your group to spread out and unwind. A versatile game table with table tennis (ping pong), air hockey, and pool ensures hours of entertainment. The oversized sectional is irresistibly cozy, making it a spot you won’t want to leave. With direct access to the yard and hot tub, it is the perfect hub for relaxation and play. Additionally, this level features a dedicated laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer for added convenience.

ATTITASH MOUNTAIN

We're just a mile from Attitash Mountain. There's free parking at the base of the mountain and across the street, so you can park and walk to the slopes. If parking across the street, be sure to use the underground walkway to safely cross the road. There's overflow parking further down the street with a shuttle every 5-10 minutes.

- Toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and cotton swabs in each bathroom
- Kitchen supplies: pots & pans, dinnerware, bakeware, plasticware for children, toaster, blender, dual coffee maker (K-cup and drip), glassware, food storage containers, wine glasses, and more!
- Paper goods: paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, laundry pods, and trash bags

- Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am
- Maximum occupancy: 12 people including adults and children

This home is on private septic. To avoid potential issues during your stay, please conserve water, don't flush wet wipes or hygienic products, and don't place oils down sink drains.
