Apartment - Entire home/apt · Temple Bar, Dublin, Dublin, Ireland

FAILTE means WELCOME in irish !

Read CAREFULLY : You have to SEND A MESSAGE TO GET A QUOTATION with a definitive price ... as price is a complicated combinaison of number of persons, number of nights, time in the week and in the year ...etc....;-)

The flat is a modern & nice two bedroom apartement fully furnished, extremely well-located in the heart the main pedestrian area of Dublin city center : Temple Bar, few minutes walk from all the main interest of the city

The whole apartment can easly accomodate 5 persons...and up to 6 persons (7/8but it ll be real packed )

You have only one bathroom with toilet

I can arrange an extra bedroom in the building or even a Hostel or hotel around the corner & you can use the apartment as meeting point for breakfast & meal ;-)

You have

First bedroom : double bed ( 4'6 or 160cm) & single bed as bunk bed who can accomodate up to 3/4 persons

One bedroom with a small double bed ( 4' or 140 cm) & a single folding bed on the floor if necessary who can accomodate 2/3 persons

You have a sofabed (small double matress ( 4' or 140 cm) in the living room who can accomodate 2 extra persons. You have to consider the living room is noiser than the bedroom as it is on the street

For bigger group, you can book an other bedroom or flat in the same building OR I can book a bedroom in the cheap hostel or in a *** Hotel, both are around the corner

You have the living room kitchen where you can use all basic stuff to cook breakfast & meals (oil, vinegar, salt, coffee, tea ...)

Sheets, towel (shower gel shampoo ...) included

Wifi Internet

Check in & check out as usually around lunch time, but it can be flexible, at least for the luggages

I provide advises to make sure you have a proper Dublin experience, & can advise you for a trip in the country ( car rental for the best value, itineray, place to stay...)

READ CAREFULLY please : At night, you have to consider it is noisy as you are on one of the main pedestrian street of Dublin above a pub. The bedroom are not on the street but above the beer garden of the pub Temple bar. It is noisy at night (person talking) but It is totally quiet AFTER the pub is closed. It doesn t suit if you want to go to bed early...but Read my review or message me for details .... ;-)

You are more than welcome to ask any questions there ;-)

Sincerly yours

Nicolas N-P

  • Great place to stay if you want to explore Dublin - everything is close by and within walking distance. The flat itself is decent enough too :)

  • Great location if you want to see Temple Bar. Couldn't be better in that regard.

The flat may not be five-star but it's more than sufficient unless you're the Queen of England. Plenty of space and a fair price. Wireless works well. Nicolas is very helpful and friendly host. We had a good experience here.

  • The Nicolas's flat was just perfect for me and my friends!!! It's right in the best place in Dublin and near by everything! The noise about the temple bar's pub don't really disturbed, actually I loved the peoples singing happily in the street. I went on christmas, so every night there was someone singing a christmas's song under my window, It was just great! Moreover Nicola and the guys who works for him were very receptives, everything worked well! The flat has everything you need, the kitchen is very complete, and the heater works very well too, the shower is good but for use it you need to wait about 20min after two people take shower, but it's not really a problem. And the rental price is very fair!! For sure it's a good place to stay in Dublin, I just loved it.

  • Great location near restaurants, busses, tours, Irish pubs with good music and entertainment. Tried to accommodate us the best he could considering it was a last minute reservation.

He arranged for a taxi to come very very early to take us to the airport.

  • Excellent experience here. Great bar just downstairs (live music, etc.), ideal location, very clean apartment, etc. Nicolas is extremely organized, check-in was smooth as ever, and he even offered to have a car ready for us at the airport. Definitely recommended for the ideal Dublin experience!

  • The place was good, especially for the position. Temple Bar is where most of Dublin's life is. So it's position helps you appreciate Dublin as a city. The apartment was quite good, it could have been cleaner, but, considering it's price, I definately can't complain!
Nicholas was always helpful and available, and I am glad we stayed in his apartment. I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else in Dublin other than there!

  • We really enjoyed staying at Nicolas'. As a host he was so helpful, having answers to all our questions. The appt has really good location for tourists, also we liked that it was clean. The noise that some people are bothered about is not noticeable when you are tired of walking through Dublin views and having a pint of beer at night. But in case we had our ear plugs and we slept very good. In general Ireland is great and we hope to visit again and again!

  • Nicolas is cool. I had never used Airbnb before and was really skeptical because how do you know who is on the other end of the message. But honestly he's the real deal and he has a cool place to stay in Dublin. When things were needed he was on it or at least tried to make whatever work that he could. If you want to be in the center of the center then Nicolas is your man in Dublin. Thanks for the fun stay, will be back when I can because I love the city...
