Read CAREFULLY : You have to SEND A MESSAGE TO GET A QUOTATION with a definitive price ... as price is a complicated combinaison of number of persons, number of nights, time in the week and in the year ...etc....;-)
The flat is a modern & nice two bedroom apartement fully furnished, extremely well-located in the heart the main pedestrian area of Dublin city center : Temple Bar, few minutes walk from all the main interest of the city
The whole apartment can easly accomodate 5 persons...and up to 6 persons (7/8but it ll be real packed )
You have only one bathroom with toilet
I can arrange an extra bedroom in the building or even a Hostel or hotel around the corner & you can use the apartment as meeting point for breakfast & meal ;-)
First bedroom : double bed ( 4'6 or 160cm) & single bed as bunk bed who can accomodate up to 3/4 persons

You have a sofabed (small double matress ( 4' or 140 cm) in the living room who can accomodate 2 extra persons. You have to consider the living room is noiser than the bedroom as it is on the street
For bigger group, you can book an other bedroom or flat in the same building OR I can book a bedroom in the cheap hostel or in a *** Hotel, both are around the corner
You have the living room kitchen where you can use all basic stuff to cook breakfast & meals (oil, vinegar, salt, coffee, tea ...)

I provide advises to make sure you have a proper Dublin experience, & can advise you for a trip in the country ( car rental for the best value, itineray, place to stay...)
READ CAREFULLY please : At night, you have to consider it is noisy as you are on one of the main pedestrian street of Dublin above a pub. The bedroom are not on the street but above the beer garden of the pub Temple bar. It is noisy at night (person talking) but It is totally quiet AFTER the pub is closed. It doesn t suit if you want to go to bed early...but Read my review or message me for details .... ;-)
You are more than welcome to ask any questions there ;-)
Firstly the location is pretty amazing. From my knowledge of Dublin, it was as central as you can get! Which make it a fantastic place to explore the city from. No need for buses or taxis as everything was in walking distance! Tough our room was nice and clean the same couldn't be said for the rest of the flat, it was a rather dirty and toilet seat was on the floor!! But as a place to lay your head after a nights boozing it was fine.
it was an amazing trip in Dublin. the flat is just above the temple bar! great situation! Nicolas was very helpful et friendly. He gave us a lot of advices, thanks again!
Great place in the center of Dublin. Could have been cleaner. Nice place though.
Nicolas was very helpfull, comunicated promptly and nicely. Apartment was fine and have filled my expectations at all. I can surely recomand Nicolas´s services.
Nicolas is very helpful and attentive person and he gave us a lot of tips and advices. It was our pleasure to meet him personally. Apartment is really in the heart of town and there was everything you need, including clean bed, towels and bathroom. If you are planning to visit Dublin for a few days and need a low cost accommodation, there can not be a better way!
A friend and I stayed at Nicolas' place for 3 nights. As advertised, it's above one of Dublin's most famous pubs: The Temple Bar Pub! It's in the heart of the tourist district (called Temple Bar) - you literally cannot get any closer to the action, which was great for us because we wanted to party every night we were in Dublin. Amazing location.
Keep in mind, you'll need to negotiate with Nicolas the price and which rooms you'll want to occupy. If you don't pay the premium like we did, you'll get a shared room experience with other guests.
Which leads to my first and only major complaint. We were under the impression that we would have the entire apartment to ourselves, however Nicolas' housekeeper who checked us in said he would be staying in one of the rooms for night 1. As nice as Nicolas was to communicate with, this was never made clear to us via AirBNB message or email beforehand.
Also things to note:
-It's 46 steps with no elevator for those who worry about stairs.
-It stays really loud outside the building until early in the morning (4am on weekends).
-You need to lock the door while inside the apartment with the key.
Other than night 1's hiccup, we had an great time at Nicolas' place in Dublin.
A great location, especially if you like the nightlife. The apartment is literally above temple bar (as advertised), so great for going out but quite loud if you want to go to sleep early bring earplugs. But bottom line: good price, good location, loud at night.
