We really enjoyed our stay here. We didn't meet Nicolas but his housekeeper breifly when she let us in to the apartment (at 6am!) which was extremely nice of them to let us check in at such a crazy hour. We had plenty of space as we had our bedroom livingroom and kitchen area and a bathroom. The location is perfect and can't be beat. That of course comes with some sound at night but it didn't stop us from being able to sleep and it quiets down a lot by 2/3am. They did have workers working on something in the bathroom which we were not told about and it was a surprise to come home to an open door and two men in the house. We also had a hard time communicating with when check out was and never actually got a response on that but overall we enjoyed it.
The perfect apartment for a weekend with a group of friends ! The place couldn't be better to visit the city and enjoy the night life. And great welcoming as well ! Thanks again
La casa de Nicolás tiene una situación privilegiada , un poco de ruido por la noche pero nada molesto .
Espero volver pronto y tener la misma habitación .
Gracias Nicolás !
We totally loved our days spent in Nicolas's apartment. It's the perfect place to start your day in Dublin every morning. You don't need to take buses or taxes from here because you have the main roads and places at 10 minutes walking of distance. Amazing location if you want to have fun in the nights, you just look outside the window and you see people enjoying their time. Nicolas and his housekeeper were very nice, helpful and ready to satisfy all of our requests without complaining. This is undoubtedly a place where I wish to come back.
Firstly the location is pretty amazing. From my knowledge of Dublin, it was as central as you can get! Which make it a fantastic place to explore the city from. No need for buses or taxis as everything was in walking distance! Tough our room was nice and clean the same couldn't be said for the rest of the flat, it was a rather dirty and toilet seat was on the floor!! But as a place to lay your head after a nights boozing it was fine.
it was an amazing trip in Dublin. the flat is just above the temple bar! great situation! Nicolas was very helpful et friendly. He gave us a lot of advices, thanks again!

I like travelling a lot ...mainly in Europe as it is easier ;-) I am renting flats in my building not only to earn extra money to buy my own flat, but because I like welcome & meet persons from all around the world and try to do my best to make them discover Dublin & enjoy this cool city ;-)
