"Yehuda was so nice and helpful, and made everything easy for us. I especially appreciated his tips for restaurants, bakeries and bars in the area. This is a nice compact and quiet apartment in a convenient location, very close to the Metro. Lovely neighborhood, lots of nice shops, restaurants and bakeries close by. Near to the tourist spots and shopping areas. Wireless network and well fitted apartment. We enjoyed our stay a lot so we can just recommend this apartment."

What more can I say? :-)
Few clarifications, due to Airbnb bad programming:
**** AIRBNB has a programming/technical problem with fixing the price. Please write me to know the real price. it is cheap anyways :-) ****
A Beautiful 2 rooms apartment in the most charming part of Paris: Montmartre, excellent location, near the Pigalle and Abbesses metro stations.
(( remarks: the door of the building is again fixed. It was broken so we had once a poor person sleeping inside the stairway. It is no longer the case since the door it fixed and has a code and no one can go in.
Also I changed the bathroom curtain to new one, and there is no mold. It is all cleaned ))
The location :
The apartment is very near the metro stations and is 15-20 minutes away from the Louvre and the Notre Dame;
It is 5 minute walk to the Sacré-Cœur where there is a unique panoramic view of all of Paris. 5 minutes walk to the Moulin Rouge.
From the apartment, it is possible to stroll in the picturesque alleyways of Montmartre - a village within the city. This charming district is full of typical shops (wine, cheese, delicatessens, designer clothing, pubs full of atmosphere and cozy sidewalk cafes).

Other guests: If you have friends, family – they can jump for a short visit or dinner, but please - no parties, and do not stay late.

Normally, the checkin is at 12h30 (or later, you can come as late as you want) and chekout is at 11h (or earlier, you can leave as early as you like), so I have time between guests to prepare the house. But if there are no guests coming and my schedule allows me, these times can be flexible (meaning, you could come earlier or leave later. That might involve extra fee for the cleaning lady).
I'm vegan, so if you can avoid bringing into the apartment meat or fish or chickens or any other dead animals' products, it is better, but it is not obligatory. In fact, you CAN eat whatever you want if you have to.

A réitérer + + +
Great neighbourhood with a lively atmosphere. The apartment was clean, tidy and as described. Yehuda's tips for great places to eat and shop came in very handy.
Yehuda communicated more than anybody else we stayed with on our 3 week trip to Europe, and was more than willing to help with anything. The place was in a good location being close to the metro, but we had wished we had stayed closer to the center of Paris. I expected the Montmartre neighborhood to be very sketchy, but it was not at all. We felt very safe there and there was a very good boulangerie up the street. Great pastries, quiche, and bowls of coffee! The apartment was overall clean, but a little cluttered in the room. The shower was a little grimy too. Overall it was a good stay.
Although not actually meeting Yehuda, via email he was very helpful. His apartment was suitable for our short stay (two nights), but may not be suitable for longer stays, especially if you plan to cook at home a lot. The apartment is in an excellent location and bed is very comfortable.
The apartment is more than suitable for long stays: I live in it for 12 years, two people, and being a vegetarian I always cook at home. From time to time I organize dinners for friends, sometimes for about 10 people or more.
I have there an electric plate for cooking, a microwave, a big refrigerator, and all the pots and pans needed. :-)
Eric and Yulia, I don't know you and I don't know from where you got this strange idea about long stay. 12 years of cooking is long enough. Good luck to you two!
Good value apartment, as seen in pictures. Would recommend for others to stay here as it's a really good base to explore Paris. Yehuda was a great host and answered any questions we had promptly.
Yehuda's apartment was great! My friend and I stayed there for 4 nights during our trip to Paris. It is very close to a metro stop and several bakeries, making it easy to grab a quick breakfast and get going in the morning. It is also well located in the Montmarte area; there were lots of great restaurants and cafés around, and is in easy walking distance to Sacre Coure. Montmarte is a fun and hip area, and we wandered around the neighborhood discovering fun graffiti art. His apartment is centrally located between a busy urban intersection but also a quiet, fun square with street musicians, cafés, an Internet cafe, and the Love Wall. Yehuda responded quickly and gave us clear directions to his home as well as lots of helpful information for seeing Paris. He was professional, nice, and helpful, and he was very open to helping us and answering our questions. His apartment was clean and looks exactly like it does in the pictures. It may have been the walking and long days of site seeing, but the bed was incredibly comfortable! We were busy exploring Paris all day so we didn't spend any time here other then for sleeping, but this apartment fit our needs nicely and I would stay here again! Thanks, Yehuda!
I live in Paris and sometimes elsewhere (which is why my appartment is sometimes empty).
I love photography, art, language learning and traveling, and with airbnb I found out that I like to host.
If you are first time in Paris, or 10th time, I will always have a tip for a better visit of this endless city.
