The Space

Newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment sleeps eight guests.. Conveniently located close to the I10 Freeway and the main thoroughfare of La Cienega Boulevard, guests can arrive in Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Downtown LA, or the beach in 10 minutes.

Blond hardwood floors throughout this spacious apartment, lots of sunlight and new contemporary furnishings, make for a cheerful and calming place to call home base for your visit to Los Angeles.

The living area faces west and has a balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the sunset. Furnishings include a charcoal grey queen sleeper sofa, white modern love seat, large flat screen television and a dining room table that seats eight people. The fully equipped kitchen has white cabinetry, charcoal grey Corian countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a built in microwave, gas stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, coffee pot and blender. The master bedroom and bath is en suite, with queen bed and a flat screen television. The master bath has a shower stall, white cabinetry with soft grey countertops and a window. The second and third bedroom have queen beds and share the hall bath, which is similar in décor as the master, yet with a tub/shower combination. All three bedrooms are decorated with new earth tone duvets, white washed oak side tables, modern white lamps, mirrored double door closets and windows with sun blocking blinds behind white linen curtains. The hallway has a coat closet and a linen cabinet stocked with extra linens and towels.

Extra amenities include central heat and air, security gated walkways, community laundry facilities and one parking space for guest use, as well as street parking.

A block walk from the apartment is a shopping center with Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, El Pollo Loco, McDonalds and a CVS Pharmacy.

  • We stayed in the apartment for a week and it was perfect! Very spacious, very clean, very new, very nice. We really enjoyed our stay here.
    The apartment was well located as we already know the LA county. 15 to 25 min to every touristic places. If you don't know the area, the apartment is far from the ocean.
    In overall, we are very satisfied from our experience and apartment.

  • Everything about the rental was great. Nice space, close to where we were going each day. No issues. The only thing I didnt like was the antiquated reservation contract. Airbnb is modern and sleek, once you book here they put you to a contract that cannot be done online but has to be done though email or fax. Seems like they could improve that part of it. The rest was great.

  • We actually stayed in a different apartment in the same building - they switched it after we booked. This was a little unnerving, but ultimately worked out fine. The pullout couch was not quite the same caliber as we expected, which was a bigger deal to our group because someone had to sleep on it every night, but ultimately it got the job done. We had some issues with linens not being available and having one dirty comforter, but a quick phone call to the management company got everything squared away and they were super apologetic and responsive. I would recommend that you bring an extra pillow and blanket if it's a possibility for you when staying here as it did get chilly at night and the pillows were a bit flat. Also, the parking spaces are pretty tight (we were driving a minivan and it was quite the maneuver to get it in) but they are covered and off the street, which is nice! The location wasn't too bad, but traffic in LA is always a beast and you are not walking distance to anything. Overall though, the place was a great value and a nice stay. If I were coming to LA under the same circumstances I would definitely stay there again.

  • Review: This is in a good location in LA. It is easy to drive to spots nearby (Beverly Hills, Hollywood, downtown LA, beaches). The kitchen is a great size and perfect for cooking meals. The rooms are large and have lots of closet space. Cute balcony and shared coin-operated laundry for the whole apartment building. The place is spacious and fit 6 people comfortably. However, there wasn't quite enough comfortable seating in the living room for 6 (to watch movies/hang out). Also, the wifi internet wasn't working when we were there and the DVD player only showed movies in black and white (it didn't have the correct cable).

  • There were 6 of us staying in the condo and it was fairly decent! Tons of space for that many people! 2 bedrooms, with queen sized beds in each and 1 master bedroom with a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom (shower as well)! Great sized living room with a TV and a huge kitchen with appliances, dishes, glasses, an oven, etc.

    The beds were fairly hard but they were okay and there was no soap in the soap dispensers. However, they did provide body wash...

    Overall, it was a pleasant experience! Fairly clean, and close to downtown as well as the beach!

  • The apartment was really lovely. Everything worked perfectly. The ability to do self check-in was great for us since we could organize our own (website hidden) was really helpful with everything. I can recommend this to anyone.

  • Very nice house. Exactly as announced. Everything went right from the beginning till the end. Easy driving to Beverly Hills, Hollywood, the Dodgers stadium and the beaches. Would consider staying there again for sure.
