Private Master Bedroom
San Francisco is one of the best cities to come and visit! It is also one of the highest-rated places to live... so your Airbnb experience needs to have both perspectives of not only a visitor but also a local. Look no further!! This private master bedroom is within a 6 unit Victorian Building with a young hip vibe that is geographically located in between Alamo Square and Lower Haight (a block away). It is also only a couple blocks from Hayes Valley. You will be close enough to Alamo Square with a short 5 minute walk to see the Painted Ladies, but when it really matters you’ll be steps away from great restaurants, bars and boutiques at Lower Haight and Hayes Valley! Sometimes you just want to walk from your place without taking a cab or bus to grab a drink or a bite to eat after those long days around the city.
Great for all local events, festivals and concerts! (Bay to Breakers, America’s Cup, Outside Lands, Fillmore Street Jazz Festival, San Francisco International Film Festival, Haight Street Fair, SF Gay Pride, Fleet Week, Cherry Blossom Festival, etc)
There are three other rooms in the flat. One room is never occupied since it is pretty tiny. We almost consider it a spare room. I also sometimes rent the other bedroom to long term Airbnb (sometimes short term) guests so more great people to meet and share the experience with. I've found that my guests love interacting, yet the space can be very quiet throughout the day. So there is still enough privacy.
If you're hoping for a space where you don't trust anyone, this place isn't for you. We respect your privacy and hold all guest accountable as well. :)
Since we are located literally a block away from all the action, it can be pretty lively here and there with people walking by and street action right outside our place, but it is nothing like the louder areas in SF like North Beach or the Mission.

Muni (Bus Lines) in close walking distance-
* 22 : It is right out your door. This will take you to other areas like the Castro, Pacific Heights, Marina, Mission, Japantown, Potrero Hill, and the Fillmore District.
71 : A 2-minute walk. This will take you to Haight Ashbury, Sunset District as well as Golden Gate Park. With a quick transfer you could even go to the Golden Gate Bridge!
N Light Rail: A 5-minute walk. Go straight into Downtown and the Union Square area! (15-minute ride)
There is street parking around the neighborhood but sometimes not the easiest to find since we are such a frequently visited area! If you are driving, we’ll provide you some tips and suggestions for parking according to your needs.
Closest ones in Downtown and the Mission which have an easy transfer to one Muni line to our place. Bart is great from the Airport if you chose not to drive which I highly suggest! Let me know ahead of time about your trip and I could organize picking you up from a station for easy travel. That is not a problem :) If you are looking to go outside the city, this is always an option as well.
Feel free to reach out if you have any other questions. I know that planning your trip is very important so I am happy to promptly respond to your messages/requests. Feel free to check out my references and reviews!! You won't be disappointed. I look forward to hosting you :)
** Sheets/comforter may be a different color/design than pictured as I have different sets to ensure you have clean linens and a comforter no matter what :)
If you arrive while I'm at work or out of town, I will have our lockbox ready to go with a key. We purposely have it tucked away on the side as there is a communal gate for the 6 unit building. Detailed instructions will be provided and I am always accessible! If you arrive while I'm around I'll happily meet you to get checked in.
Interaction with Guests
On the weekdays I am very very busy with work so I apologize if I'm not around too often. Always available via email, call or text and happy to give suggestions! Schedule is quite crazy 7 days a week for me, but if you want to grab dinner or drinks- we can definitely plan something! :)
- Smoking is only allowed outside the premises.
- Being an older building we ask that you don't run too many electrical things at the same time. This will blow out the circuit.
- In order to keep my room as clean as possible, I ask that you don't wear shoes around if you don't need to.
- As always, respect all neighbors and of course your host! :)
Natasha and Charlie's place was perfect for our visit! It was in a great location for using the MUNI for transportation around the city. Very clean! Bed was comfy. Lots of privacy. We only saw them briefly a few times, but they were great hosts! I would highly recommend this place to anyone!!
Natasha and Charlie were awesome hosts. The location was so convenient to the city/Muni routes. The room was massive. I would definitely suggest this airbnb to anyone staying in SF. Thanks again Natasha and Charlie!
Had a great stay in natasha's room. It was really spacious and the bed was super comfy. Didn't meet natasha as she was out of town but she provided loads of useful information and her housemate was friendly and helpful. If you aren't used to city living then I would recommend some ear plugs as the room is on the road side of the house. Great place, definitely recommend!
We had a great time at Natasha's house. The place has a very good location (central, next to cool bars and restaurants) and the room is really spacious and cozy. Unfourtunately, we didn't have the chance to meet Natasha in person, but she was always on Airbnb app/e-mail to answer all my doubts. Charlie, her roommate was very welcoming and nice as well.
Don't hesitate to stay there, you'll like it :)
This is the perfect place to stay when visiting SF! Natasha is so welcoming, and so helpful with any questions you have about restaurants, activities, getting around the city, etc. Her apartment is clean and welcoming, and located in a great area for exploring the city! We spent two weeks at this AirBnB, and couldn't have picked a better place to stay!
Beautiful, comfortable room with a great host. This was my first airbnb experience and I loved it.
This room was absolutely amazing! It was spacious with plenty of room and the bed was extremely comfortable. The only downside to the room itself is the proximity to the street; sometimes you hear people outside in the middle of the night, but its very infrequent. Although there is plenty of natural light from the beautiful bay windows, so I'm definitely not complaining there.
The apartment itself is charming and clean, and location of the place has a few great places to get some food! And of course Natasha was a great host and very accommodating.
I highly recommend this place and would definitely be returning in the near future!
