  • We were six and stayed overnight before going on a cruise. A smart choice; we had a wonderful evening in Civitaveccia and got to the cruise without hassle.
It is difficult to write a review because there were simultaneously wonderful things and bad ones.
The bad: three stars because the bathrooms had no toilet seats! Benilde later explained that they were broken by a family that staid the previous night. However, she neglected to inform us. We could not get the WIFI to work. Benidle was in a complete rush. She hardly had time to let us get into the apartment and left in a rush. There was no way to communicate with her. The phone did not allow for calls to her number which she had given us to get in touch with her. And we did have questions for example, WHY AREN'T THERE TOILTES SEATS? or "what is the Wifi password?"
Other than that, a great place to stay! Benidle was more than accommodating; she helped us arrange transportation form Fiumicino and was very helpful all along. The apartment is in a great location (on a square, so you can see two activities). Was clean, ample, comfortable. Has small kitchen, small table, etc.. All as described.
In sum, if you can get Benidle to take the time to talk to you and answer your questions; this is a fantastic place to go on a pre- or post-cruise.
