Jessica is a delightful host. While the appartment is small, it is very well situated within easy access to metro, restaurants etc. i had a marvellous stay. The area felt very safe - I would stay at this location again
Excelent location. Very easy to reach from the airport CDG by RER. Jessica is so friendly. She was at the flat waiting for us and kindly gave us all the interesting directions: bike rental, supermarkets, restaurants... Unfortunatelly the wifi didn't work and the TV neither all the week. There is no air conditionair. We almost melted on the hotest week of the year in Paris. Would be perfect with AC and wifi.
Jessica's apartment is flawless. Well located (few steps from the subway), clean, quiet and gorgeous. Bed and pillows are fine and the shower is quite strong. The contact with Jessica is easy and she was very kind. I've spent an awesome month and do recommend the place.
Jessica's loft was amazing and genuinely started to feel like home. I stayed for 6 weeks in this AirBnB and Jessica was very welcoming and accessible via email and text. The neighbourhood is very safe (residential, however, lots happening with everything accessible really quickly by foot, bike or métro) with many restaurants and bars literally steps from the main doors of the loft. It's The building has a breathtaking Parisian courtyard full of plants and flowers and is a quiet refuge from the busy streets of Paris.
There's two yoga studios, a grocery store and little market a couple steps away from the loft in addition to being steps from a métro serving two lines as well as the RER B at Port Royal that takes you right to the airport. We were students and it was really close to an amazing library (Bibliothèque Sainte-Geneviève) which is right beside the Pantheon as well as being a half an hour walk from Notre Dame and a six minute walk from the Jardin de Luxembourg.
I can't say enough how amazing my stay there was - all the qualities of home in a well-appointed loft with a view of typical Parisian rooftops. I would stay at Jessica's again in a heart beat.
Jessica stayed late at her flat to meet us when we arrived late from a long flight from Seattle, Wa. She ran up and down the steps many times worried and looking for us. We were very tired and her positive and energetic welcome, including a bottle of wine and flowers, was just what we needed. The flat was exactly as she had described it in the listing with a few extras. There is a folding table with chairs that is perfect for dining on then folds up to be moved out of the way. The flat is very quiet. We had no trouble sleeping. There are plenty of dishes and silverware. We cooked and ate many of our meals in the flat. The location is perfect. The Metro, bus, cafe, laundromat, fresh fruit/vegetables and a small grocery store are right there or a block away. It's a short walk to Luxemberg Gardin or to the Latin Quarter if you want a longer walk. We hope to stay here again the next time we come to Paris. Jessica, Thanks for trusting us with your flat. See you again in the future, George and Angela.
I loved staying in Jessica's appartment! First of all, Jessica was very friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with both before and during my stay. And also, the appartment is amazing. I immediately felt at home there.
Very nice neighbourhood, too, good location close to metro and RER, and next to the wonderful Jardin du Luxembourg.
I would love to stay here next time I get to Paris and can highly recommend anyone to do so too.
