Although my appartment is really nicely decorated and very cosy, airbnb photos do make it look brighter and larger.

2 heaters available to make you feel warm and cosy, but please do not overuse them. I kindly ask my nice guests to set the heaters a little bit lower when they go out for the day. They can turn it much higher of course when they are in the flat. Thank you very much!
Jessica's flat in Paris is truly lovely: great location, tons of Paris charm like exposed beams, sunny living space, and I found it to have everything needed (small kitchen, great hot water, cooking materials, etc.) the only downside was a small glitch that left wifi sporadic, but Jessica handled the situation with alacrity, and has already switched providers, so that won't affect your trip at all. Jessica herself is very welcoming and highly responsive. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at her flat again, and highly recommend it to visitors!
Jessica is very nice and open, she gives a lot of advice about interesting places. Apartment is bright and cozy, it s not noisy around, easy to get there from CDG. Not far from metro station and city centre. This part of Monpartnasse is calm and safe, there are a lot of small supermarkets 24/7(as I understood). We were happy to live there. I definitely recommend this studio!
This is my first airbnb stay where I wasn't thrilled. Jessica insisted she meet me to show me the apartment, but was in such a rush I felt in the way. She said she intended to bring a fan over to help with the heat wave but never mentioned it again after her departure. The space felt less like an apartment and more like a hotel and lacked even basics like pepper for cooking and hand soap/hand towel for the bathroom.
The apartment was so dirty (all dishes were sticky/greasy, bathroom sink had gunk fall out every turn of the knob, feet were black from dirt from the floor) that we almost left before our first night. I actually rolled off the bed onto the floor while sleeping because the mattress hangs over the bedframe.
The hot water is great and half-sized bathtub is adorable.
For half the price I've stayed in many nicer places in Paris. I do not recommend staying at this apartment.
I am really sad and chocked by this unfair comment. I kindly ask my potential guests to look at the other 52 POSITIVE REVIEWS and not to trust this single negative one.
1) I sincerely take a lot of pleasure in welcoming people and take as much time as they want, I even show them around when they wish. I didn't possibly act differently with April, and when I left her the first day, she seemed happy about the place. I am appalled by this behavior which is: not complaining a single time, not communicating and then writing a terrible review.
1)There was already one fan in the flat, and should she have asked for a new one, I'd have gladly brought it to her. If pepper was missing, I'd have bought it for her and so on.
2) My flat is ALWAYS CLEAN as there is a professional cleaning lady coming 4 hours between each guests. The flat is situated in an old building and might be a little antiquated and look more dirty than it is, but it is always spotless and carefully cleaned. The flat is being entirely renovated this summer (bathroom, walls, wooden floor), so new renters will be in a totally, bright clean flat. As you can see from the pics and other reviews, the flat is NOTHING like a hotel.
3) From what I understood in our conversation, April had a rough time traveling in France before her arrival in Paris; she probably found appropriate to take out all of her anger and disappointments about the city and her encounters in this review.
I am sorry she had a negative experience and will keep doing my best for future guests.
Jessica is a delightful host. While the appartment is small, it is very well situated within easy access to metro, restaurants etc. i had a marvellous stay. The area felt very safe - I would stay at this location again
Excelent location. Very easy to reach from the airport CDG by RER. Jessica is so friendly. She was at the flat waiting for us and kindly gave us all the interesting directions: bike rental, supermarkets, restaurants... Unfortunatelly the wifi didn't work and the TV neither all the week. There is no air conditionair. We almost melted on the hotest week of the year in Paris. Would be perfect with AC and wifi.
Jessica's apartment is flawless. Well located (few steps from the subway), clean, quiet and gorgeous. Bed and pillows are fine and the shower is quite strong. The contact with Jessica is easy and she was very kind. I've spent an awesome month and do recommend the place.
Jessica's loft was amazing and genuinely started to feel like home. I stayed for 6 weeks in this AirBnB and Jessica was very welcoming and accessible via email and text. The neighbourhood is very safe (residential, however, lots happening with everything accessible really quickly by foot, bike or métro) with many restaurants and bars literally steps from the main doors of the loft. It's The building has a breathtaking Parisian courtyard full of plants and flowers and is a quiet refuge from the busy streets of Paris.
There's two yoga studios, a grocery store and little market a couple steps away from the loft in addition to being steps from a métro serving two lines as well as the RER B at Port Royal that takes you right to the airport. We were students and it was really close to an amazing library (Bibliothèque Sainte-Geneviève) which is right beside the Pantheon as well as being a half an hour walk from Notre Dame and a six minute walk from the Jardin de Luxembourg.
I can't say enough how amazing my stay there was - all the qualities of home in a well-appointed loft with a view of typical Parisian rooftops. I would stay at Jessica's again in a heart beat.
