IF this room is booked. I have another room in the same house you can find here: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/1355095

Guest Access

You will have access to the Kitchen, Living Space, terrace off the living space, The Roof, Washer and Dryer, and the GYM.

Interaction with Guests

I am out of the house working and performing very often plus my room is upstairs so I can't hear anything downstairs. It's like I'm not there!

The Neighborhood

The neighborhood is fantastic. Quiet but has a great selection of restaurants within blocks of the house. Plus McCarron Park is very close and during the summer the pool is open! Plus I took my nephew to the little skate boarding park there as well.

Getting around

The train is very close which makes it really quick and easy to get anywhere you want to go! 15 min to union square. Too much fun.

Other Things to Note

This place has been such a good home to me and have loved sharing it with visitors that appreciate a warm but lively place to rest.

  • What you see is what you get (and more) in the case of this place. Superb location (what with being located a block or so from Graham Ave subway station which leads straight into the heart of Manhattan in under 15 minutes, not to mention minutes from a bevy of great bars and restaurants in Williamsburg itself), terrific views (the balcony offers up views of the Empire State, WTC One and the Brooklyn Bridge) and a truly affable host.

  • My girlfriend and I spent eight nights in this apartment. Our overall experience was good. The location of the apartment is great. The apartment is also lovely and we especially loved the terrace and its views. Jeanann is a very friendly host. She has her own private floor so it almost felt as if we had the apartment to ourselves. When we come next time we will definitely try to book this place again.

  • Wonderful place !
Jeanann wasn't here when we arrived. But everything was planed for our arrival. It's a really nice room with the view on Manhattan. The room is clean, has a dressing, a large mirror and a private bathroom was for us too. The pillow could be more confortable but was quiet good. The appartement is spacious and has a beautiful light in the morning. We can use the kitchen to take breakfast or dinning. We shared the fridge. The bathroom is really clean and Jeannan proposed to change the towels if we need. There is a HUGE Terraza where you can see the sunrise : it's amazing.
We regret to not see Jeannan more often, she's very discreet !
There is not lift, so think about it if you have big luggages ! :-)
The subway L is at 3 minutes by walk. You can go to Bedford avenue by walk (15 minutes) but very quiet and easy in the night. There is a organic supermarket, a pharmacy drugstore, a bagel company and nice bars around.

We already want to come back ! Thank you for everything. It's was the best room we can have to enjoy NYC and Brooklyn.

  • I had a great time staying at Jeanann's place. I had my own room and private bathroom all on the bottom floor where there was also a really nice big kitchen which I never used. Jeanann's room is upstairs and she works wierd hours so I hardly every saw her, but when I did she was awesome and chilled.

I was also pleasantly surprised at how close it was to the Graham Street L stop which meant I could get in and out to Union Square in Mahattan really easily.

I'm definitely going to stay here again.

  • Jeanann was a nice host, everything went super well, If you are looking for a nice place outside of Manhattan and appreciate the slower pace of life in Williamsburg, this place is for you and the skyline view from the bedroom window is amazing :)

  • Jeanann's place was exactly as she advertised - spacious, luxurious, and conveniently located across a 24-hour laundromat and several grocery stores, as well as the subway. She also left a basket of toiletries in the bathroom along with the linens.

Plus waking up to the sight of midtown...
