BEDROOMS
Designed for comfort and relaxation, each of the three bedrooms offers a cozy retreat after a day exploring the Poconos. All rooms feature queen beds with premium mattresses, soft linens, and calming natural hues that bring the serenity of the forest indoors. The loft bedroom is a guest favorite — a charming hideaway ideal for kids or a cozy reading nook.
BATHROOMS
The two full bathrooms are thoughtfully designed and stocked with essential toiletries, fluffy towels, and everything you’ll need to refresh after a day outdoors. One bathroom includes a shower-tub combo, while the other offers a walk-in shower for added convenience.
KITCHEN & LOUNGE
The heart of the cabin, our open-concept living area invites connection and comfort. Gather around the decorative wood-burning stove or settle into the plush seating for movie nights on the Smart TV.
The fully equipped kitchen features new stainless-steel appliances, a drip coffee maker, toaster, and all the cookware and dinnerware needed for everyday meals. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen essentials to help get you started. Guests are welcome to bring any specialty items or ingredients they’d like to enjoy during their stay.

Guest access
Guests will have full private access to the entire cabin and all amenities throughout their stay, including:
- Private hot tub
- Game room with ping pong and arcade games
- BBQ grill
- Washer and dryer
- Onsite parking (maximum of 4 vehicles)
Beach & Lake Access
Lake access is seasonal (Memorial Day through Labor Day). The home includes one seasonal beach badge for guest use. Please handle it with care — a $25 replacement fee applies for each lost badge.
Additional day passes may be purchased directly at the lake for approximately $5 per person (prices subject to change).
If the badge is missing upon check-in, please notify us immediately so you are not charged.
Check-In & Check-Out
- We offer seamless self check-in via a smart lock for your convenience.
- Check-in: 4:00 PM
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Early check-ins and late check-outs are not guaranteed but may be available upon request for a $50 per hour fee. Please check with us at least 24 hours prior to your stay so we can confirm with our cleaning team.
- Unauthorized late check-outs may incur a $50 per half hour fee to ensure adequate cleaning time for incoming guests.
- Please note towels are not supplied for the hot tub so please bring your own if you wish to use the hot tub.
Other things to note
🐾 PETS WELCOME
Small, well-behaved dogs under 40 lbs allowed (no cats due to allergies).
Pet Fee: $150 for the 1st pet, $75 each for the 2nd/3rd.
🫧 HOT TUB
There is no extra charge to heat the hot tub. The hot tub is not heated continuously. Guests use the hot tub at their own risk.
Our hot tub technician occasionally drains and refills the water during deep cleans, which can take up to 24 hours to reheat.
🎥 SECURITY CAMERAS
There are three exterior cameras recording motion and sound — one at each entry point (away from the hot tub for privacy). These are strictly for your safety and property security.
⚠️ STAIRS
Please note: The stairs leading to the basement are steep — take caution when using them.
🏖️ LAKE HARMONY ESTATES BEACH & AMENITIES
Guests have access to the private Lake Harmony Estates Beach during summer (Memorial Day–Labor Day, weather permitting).
Hours: Sun–Thu 10am–6pm | Fri–Sat 10am–8pm
1 beach pass provided; additional passes available from the HOA
Lost pass fee: $150 (charged by HOA)
Parking: Small lot at Wood Street + overflow lot at Park Street near tennis courts
Kayaks/paddleboards not provided (rentals nearby; HOA permits guest-owned watercraft with inspection).
Fishing permitted with a valid Pennsylvania fishing license (bring your own gear).

No fireworks ($500 fee).
