Kristina is a responsive and available host. She lives right next door and made sure everything was ok for us. She called a taxi to arrange our pick-up on the day we left.
The apartment is spacious and comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. The wi-fi worked perfectly which is very important to us. The location of the apartment is excellent and within walking distance to everything. The Pula market was steps away and we were able to get fresh food for our meals every day.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Kristina's and would recommend it for anyone looking for a perfect location in Pula.
I had a very pleasant stay in Pula! The city is very nice and living. The appartments location could not be better at all. Every site can be reached by feet within minutes. The appartment itself was clean and i've found everything to fullest satisfaction. Even though the appartment is located directly in the center all windows are facing a pretty quiet inner courtyard. Our responded quickly everytime and was waiting for us event though we've been late for more then an hour! Thank you so much!
The appartment had really good city location tough the beach was a bus away. Didnt see our host, we were greeted by someone else and he didnt speak much english but it was ok
Heart of old town is right! The apartment's location is everything you could ask for fir a trip to Pula, literally a few minutes walk from the main sites of interest. We were delighted to be so close to the square where the Temple of Augustus sits, and were even more delighted on our first night when we discovered that we had arrived just in time for an Audio/Visual festival, highlighted by an amazing performance in said square.
The apartment itself was excellent. Clean, functional, air conditioned. I even managed to overlook that the apartment had wifi in the listing, so didn't have to go cold turkey from the internet while I refused to turn data roaming on!
Kristina was an excellent host. She was very helpful in correspondence prior to our arrival in Croatia, and was also kind enough to give us some recommendations for restaurants to use in the local area (a lot of the restaurants close by seemed very "touristy"). Unfortunately, one of them was so popular that when we attempted to go without a reservation on our last evening in Pula it was fully booked! Remember that if you intend on going to Vodnjanka!
I'll close by saying that if you are in Pula you MUST take the day trip to Brijuni island. The boat over is brilliant, and the tour of the island is well worth it!

We loved to stay with Kristina! A lot of space and clean! We enjoyed very much to live in a traditional building å in the center of the town. You must be able to carry your luggage three floors up.
3rd floor in a stylish building. Thick walls and air conditioning provide complete isolation from the bustle of the street and hot weather. Rooms with kitchen, one bedroom, separate toilet and bathroom - allow for a comfortable stay for up to 4 people. Kitchen equipped with basic accessories and delightful hostess, if necessary, provides the necessary things. Apartment in the center of the old town where every day there is something interesting. I highly recommend this place.
Excellent accommodation! Situated in the heart of pula yet very quiet as apartment is located to the back of the building overlooking a quiet garden. Even though I arrived a bit early I was made very welcome. Flat itself is very spacious and with excellent facilities, we cooked both nights of our stay with ease. Host is extremely helpful, my partner left his jumper in the wardrobe however it has been no problem .
We came back from Pula nearly week ago and still missing the place! We had amazing holiday and really enjoy Kristina's place. The apartment was clean, modern and, as advertise, in the Heart of Old Town which is fantastic location!Kristina was a great host and her apartment was exactly what we were looking for as holiday apartment.
It's only short walk from nearest beach (25min) or you can take the bus which is running every 10min. There's lots of shops, restaurants and beautiful places to see. The Amfitheatre only 15min walk - main attraction of Pula.
You can try Scuba Diving at Stoja camp or see aquarium at Verudela (also beach resort).
We will definitely be returning to Pula in the future!
We stayed at Kristina's flat for two very hot nights in early July. It's located on Pula's main pedestrian street between two tourist sites, the Sergian Arch and the Forum. The apartment buildings in ths street make their entrance-ways available to tee-shirt and jewellery vendors, so you plunge into what looks like a tourist goods shop to reach the stairs, then it's three floors up. When you get there, the flat is compact, simply but adequately furnished, with a view of gardens and a cool breeze from the windows. There is no street noise. It has a double bedroom, a kitchen/dining room with TV and air conditioner, a shower room and a separate toilet. The kitchen is well-equipped, the wi-fi works without a hitch and the flat is spotless. Parking is quite a hassle (although Kristina found us a spot two minutes from the front door), but in all other respects the location is perfect for a short city break. Pula has a number of interesting historical sites and a lively market, as well as the usual restaurants and bars, all very close by. Kristina is a lovely hostess, friendly and welcoming, who took time to tour the city with me to find a free parking spot for the duration of our stay. Recommended!
Apartment was as advertised - very central location. Recommended.
