Our place will make you feel at home immediately. It's the perfect base for days spent relaxing at the near-by beach, to go on hikes in the Portofino natural park or to take the ferry to some dreamy bay.

The space
Our apartment is located on the first floor of the building right above Luigi's relaxed bar "La mancina" (one flight of stairs, no elevator).

It includes:
- A spacious living/dining room with views over the harbor from one window
- Open kitchen
- Master bedroom with king size bed and a large window towards the living room but no window towards outside. En-suite bathroom with shower, toilet, double sink.
- Second bedroom with a window but no sea view. Furnished with a bunk bed (upper level single mattress, lower level 140x200cm); travel cot can be booked for baby guests.
- Second bathroom complete with shower, double sink, toilet.

We provide:

Guest access
We don't provide parking. You can park your car at the paid parkings either near the hotel "Cenobio dei Dogi" or the train station and walk to our apartment It is a 10 minutes walk through the village.

In the peak season we recommend arriving by train. It can be difficult to find a free parking spot.

Other things to note
- The location right overlooking the port is fabulous. But during summer you obviously get some noise in the evenings (mainly in the front bedroom). -> Just stay out late, too! :-)

- Humidity: Our house was built some centuries ago and lies against a rock. The walls facing the rock suffer in very few spots from humidity seeping through the brick work. We keep touching these spots up and we keep the room climate comfortable and dry with a dehumidifier.

- We don't have a TV - read a book?

- August: The climate in Camogli can get hot and humid in July and especially August. We have two mobile high-quality aircon units. Don't expect being able to cool down the apartment to 20 degrees during the hottest three weeks of the year.

- Sometimes there can be a slight smell of smoke in the living room due to our location above a bar where guests might be smoking outside.
