Large new contemporary style villa of 200 m2 for 8 people surrounded by a 700 m2 garden with private heated pool (between 04/15 and 15/10) and countercurrent swimming. All in absolute calm. 3/4 parking spaces. The wooden layout of a large terrace and the floor-to-ceiling windows give the house a special charm: bright and modern. The space
