The unit was neat and clean, just as described in Airbnb. My host warmly greeted me and showed me the functions of the apartment. The location is conveniently located. I felt safe and secure in my surroundings. I would certainly stay here again. Thank you Michael. Thank you Airbnb.

We did not actually meet Michael, but he made everything very easy for us, from check-in to a flexible check-out. He was very responsive to our messages and questions and provided info on where to find what we were looking for. The apartment was great, well-located, clean, and suited our needs. Good shower with consistent hot water! The internet worked perfectly, which was necessary as I had some work to do. It was also helpful for us planning our excursions in Santiago. All in all, things went smoothly, and we recommend this to other travelers.
Michael was very prompt in responding to queries/issues we had. The location was very good for us, with the subway and a good supermarket close by. We were a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the kitchen (Michael explained someone else had cleaned for them as they were away) and the couch in the living area was not clean (Michael told us it had been damaged by a previous tenant), but we put a blanket over it and it was okay. A knob missing from oven was not helpful. The photos we saw on airbnb showed a washing machine in the apartment, but there wasn't one, though there were washing machines and dryers in the complex downstairs, and payment was required to use them. One of the reasons we chose this apartment was to cook some meals and also wash clothes in the actual apartment. No clothes airer to be used once clothes were washed - minor detail, but would be helpful for other travellers staying for several days. All in all though, the experience was pretty good.
Our host was helpful and responded quickly to our needs. The apartment was fine and well equipped and very quiet. Cable TV was excellent!
The listing description was accurate. We had a very good trip and would recommend this apartment to other people.
We have never met Michael in person, but he promptly answered my questions and the doormen are also very friendly, making us feel welcome. The neighborhood is calm and practical in terms of the logistics of coming back and forth and within walking distance to a rather good supermarket. My only note though is to the cleanness of the kitchen (microwave, inside the food cupboard), linen/ blanket/towels and especially the sofa, whose red fabric is filthy black and smells badly... I just didn't feel comfortable sitting there! The pictures, by the way, don't seem very recent given the current condition of the apartment as a whole - it is just not brand new ( I should've taken some to enclose). I suppose each guest leaves some food contribution depending on one's necessity (coffee, oil, seasoning) - and we left ours as well (sugar) - but I suggest that Michael buy containers to keep it for the sake of sanitation and some kitchen cloth as well. All in all, it was a good stay.
