Beautiful pool house in prime south Charlotte location. You will enjoy the newly renovated kitchen with open concept floor plan, master bedroom is on the first floor with, two additional bedrooms on the second floor plus a loft area with a huge sectional sofa can comfortably sleep two adults. The house has AT&T high speed internet, Direct TV stream package for each TV with Amazon fire stick. The house is located near Ballantyne area, close to South Park, Quail Hollow country club.

We have 3 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms

First floor: master bedroom with a king bed and full master bathroom
Second floor: 2 bedrooms, one bedroom with a queen bed, the other bedroom with two queen bed
Loft area on the second floor: one sectional sofa can sleep 2, we also have air mattress cab sleep 2, computer desk and chair
First floor living room: one sofa bed can convert to a full size bed

Guest access
You have the entire house during your stay, we have full privacy fenced backyard

Our house is for residential purpose only, entire airbnb platform bans any party or event, we don’t allow any shape or form of party or event in our house. Please book a hotel if your intention to host a part or event.

There is an extra $500/trip to heat the pool
