  • Leon is a lovely guy. I booked the property for a workshop with colleagues, with the idea that it would be nicer than a sterile hotel room. Although quite small, the rooms were nice enough, with drawers and racks to place luggage and unpack bags. The living space and balcony are indeed huge, but I was slightly misled by the 'Million Dollar Luxury' part of the property title. It would be great for 4 couples who don't mind sharing one bathroom and adjoining bedrooms - as an alternative to a backpackers - and with a bit more attention to detail, I think it could become a better alternative to a serviced apartment. Leon was great with local advice, maps etc, and we really appreciated the lift from the airport ($30 without the stress of the Airtrain/cab). The street is gorgeous and very convenient to the New Farm/Teneriffe/Fortitude Valley/Newstead area.

  • My friends and I rented this property for New Years Eve. It was in a good spot, clean, well decorated and has a great outdoor entertainment area. The owner Leon lives in the downstairs half and was an attentive but not intrusive host. With foxtel, wifi, individual room locks, a BBQ and a fairly well equipt kitchen this was a good place to entertain and relax.

I would strongly recommend Leon and his luxury apartment for a city break in Brisbane.

  • Great location. Would stay again. Relaxed, comfortable atmosphere with great outdoor space to enjoy the warm weather. Big kitchen and living space. Smaller bedrooms but everything you need to be comfortable. Leon was very helpful with anything we needed.

Cirque cafe a couple of streets away (Brunswick St) was handy to be near.

  • Close to Brisbane, very easy to get around. Access to Brisbane city and restaurants was great, Tenneriffe is so close to everything. We were there for a wedding and put a lot of pressure on one bathroom with 6 people. We had the entire top floor and it was very spacious. The deck is great for a relaxing breakfast or afternoon tea. We had a grandma who could not do stairs, so bottom floor would never have worked out, and the shower in the bath was very hard to manage for her, but otherwise all else was pretty friendly (level with the street, all one level). Enjoyed the stay, would do it again. Car parking can be an issue during the day, but ok at night.

  • I recently rented Leon's house for staff for a work retreat. The space was perfect for our team and had everything we needed. It's very comfortable, fab outdoor area and great kitchen. Leon is a very accommodating host and was always available to offer help when we needed it. If you're looking for an awesome house in a great spot this is it!

Thank Leon, we may call you again next year.
