The studio space is 37sqm.
The 17m lap pool is open to all sides and offers magnificent views of the city, mountains and surrounds. The pool enjoys direct sun from sun-rise to early afternoon. Please note: The pool does NOT offer any privacy.

The studio is accessed through a wooden sliding gate and 32 steps below street level.

Other things to note
Parking is on the road or on the verge outside/ across our property. Parking is free. Please do not, ever, leave anything visible in your car. We park our own car on the road. MyCiti buses, Uber, and other taxi companies service our area.
The next MyCity Bus Stop is 700m away on Kloof Nek Road.
We live up the mountain, hence the view. It takes us about 10 Minutes to walk into Kloof Street, 15 Minutes into Long Street. Coming back uphill will take you longer, please consider using a Taxi coming back home at night.

Our location offers us wonderful opportunities. We are close to Table Mountain Nature reserve and we do short hikes from our home a few times a week and our guests are welcome to join us. Additionally I love cycling around Lions Head and Signal Hill a few times a week. It only takes just over an hour. Dietmars passsion is flying, he is a commercial Helicopter as well as a fixed wing pilot. In 2014 we flew our Silver Eagle around the world in 2 month. We are social people, love our country and people. And we are grateful and feel priviliged to be where we are and be able to do what we do. We have daughters and their husbands, a couple of grandsons and we have two cats we love.
