*AT WHAT TIME CAN I CHECK-IN?
Our regular check-in time is 3pm. Early check-in might be possible depending on the villa’s availability.
*AT WHAT TIME SHOULD I CHECK OUT?
Our regular check-out time is 11am. A late check out might be possible depending on the villa’s availability. If you wish to secure a late check out in advance, we charge 50% of a night (through Airbnb) to block the day and make sure you can check out later. To do so, kindly inform us in advance.
*HOW CAN I ORGANIZE SOME SERVICES DURING MY STAY?
You can either pre-book services with me online before arrival, or arrange any kind of services, activities, or tours with our Concierge onsite, available 24/7 via WA.
*I FOUND A LITTLE CHEAPER SERVICES ON SOCIAL MEDIAS, CAN I BOOK THERE INSTEAD OF VBM CONCIERGE?
Of course! However note that we will not be able to provide you with any support or assistance if you were to encounter any issues with services, activities or tours that have not been confirmed through VBM Concierge directly only.
*WHO DO I CONTACT ONCE IN BALI?
While as your host I will always remain available through Airbnb, your main point of contact onsite will be VBM Concierge, available 24/7 via WA. You can reach out to them 24/7 if you encounter any issues throughout your stay, need to organize any services, activities and tours, or require emergency assistance.
*CAN YOU PRE-FILL THE FRIDGE FOR ME BEFORE I ARRIVE?
Yes! We can make some groceries for you upon request. Just let me know in advance and we will send you the payment request to pay for the groceries via Airbnb along with the invoice for them (note that we charge a 10% service fee on the bill).
*DO YOU HAVE MOSQUITOES IN YOUR PROPERTY?
Bali being a tropical Island, every villa has mosquitoes. While we do organize fogging twice per month to limit as much as possible their number, we do advise every guest to bring their own mosquito repellent, or use the ones provided at the villa if any.
*SHOULD I EXPECT TO ENCOUNTER BUGS OR OTHER ANIMALS?
Just like above, as Bali is a tropical Island, it is common to spot exotic animals and insects in every villa (lizards, bats, ants etc). All of which are harmless and part of local everyday life.
*DO YOU PROVIDE LAUNDRY SERVICES?
We can assist you into bringing your clothes to a nearby laundry. Avoid giving fragile clothes, and remember to check all items when brought back to you to make sure nothing is missing or damaged. Note that while we can assist you, we can't be held responsible for any lost or damaged items from the laundry.
