This beautiful and spacious 1920’s home is centrally located in Lawrence, Kansas and is walking distance to the KU campus and 1 block from downtown Lawrence. The home overlooks the famous South Park and has breathtaking park views of its stunning trees and gardens. This home was fully renovated in 2023 with attention to detail throughout the home to keep that 1920’s charm. Please come stay and enjoy all that Lawrence has to offer! Our family truly loves this home, and we hope you do as well.

The space
Beautiful and newly renovated home with 4 bedrooms (3 queens beds, 2 single beds) and 3 full bathrooms. Fully stocked kitchen with breakfast nook, large dining room with table that seats 8, large living room with stunning views of South Park, laundry room, large basement with games (fooseball table, life size connect four, arcade games) and second living area. The fully fenced backyard has plenty of outdoor seating on it’s large patio with lights strung that create the perfect ambiance. The driveway provides on site parking and the adorable front porch is a great spot to people watch over the park. You will love this home!
