The price of the apartment includes bed linen and towels for 7 pax and the initial and final cleaning. It is very elegant and is only 3 minutes from the Vatican and 5 minutes from the metro; Therefore it is very easy to get from the airport Fiumicino
Everything about this experience was positive. From the negotiations regarding our booking, to our stay in this wonderful apartment. Probably one of the best locations in Rome we ever had the pleasure to stay in.
The apartment was very clean, fully equipped and the location could not have been better.
I definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to have a wonderful stay in Rome for a great price!
Great spacious and clean appartement right near the Vatican walls in a great, neighborhoud with lovely shops and 5 minutes to St. Peter Square and the Museums and a subway station (Ottaviano) around the corner. I liked most the little balcony (with 2 chairs and a table) facing a beautiful well maintained courtyard with palmtrees and lawn, 2 complete bathrooms with 2 toilets and kitchen with everything you need. 2 bedrooms with one kingsize bed and single bed and one with 2 twin beds.
Gabrielle (unfortunately I did not meet her but Mr. Italo was very nice and helpful) was very attentive and fast in replying to my questions and very helpful. 2 things to mention which I would have been happy to have known: the tub is very small, you can only sit in. The TV offers only Italian channels (but it is described with no cable so I should have been warned;) the plug in my bathroom did not work, but it worked in the other. All in all a great place which gives you really room and privacy. Me and mý Mom had a wonderful stay. One last advice: Do not buy breakfast at the latteria down on Via Vespasiano (only one open on Sunday morning) - he is a ripp off. Bar Papi downstairs is a far better deal and they are real nice:)
For a long time we were going to visit the eternal city in January of 2014th, and finally we have done it. We considered all opportunities and recommendations regarding the booking and decided to choose an apartment which was located not far from Vatican and we weren't mistaken!!! The first thing that we liked very much was the care and the politeness of apartment’s owner Gabriella. On all our questions, regarding domestic aspects we got full answers, also she offered us very convenient transfer, suitable for the price. The apartment was located in a great place not far from
the entrance to Vatican and close to its museums and the cathedral of St. Peter. We had an opportunity to walk along Vatican’s streets in evenings and we could easily reach the Angel castle and the Novon square. To go sightseeing was possible by subway.
The Metro station was 3 min by foot from our apartment. The apartment was far from highway and because that we could have a good night’s rest. Not far from there were a lot of shops and cafes. The apartment was located on the 4 th floor in the
beautiful house with the fine entrance, the balcony and the high ceiling. There were 2 bed rooms, the sitting room, the kitchen, 2 water closets, and all that necessary for life: the air conditioner, the heating, the furniture, the kitchen-ware, the washing
For our company consisted of 4 adults, 2 children and 1 teenager, this apartment was very comfortable.
We recommend this place!
The Vatican Attic apartment was exactly as it was advertised. Spacious, clean and everything we needed for a weeks stay in Rome. It is a well furnished apartment with very comfortable beds. My husband and 2 teen kids enjoyed being so close to the Vatican and lots of space when we came back to rest at the end of the day. Also, the grocery store was just a couple of blocks away and walking to all the major sites was easy for all of us.
Gabriella was very easy to deal with and patiently waited for us when out train arrived late. We we're so grateful to have had the apartment for our last week in Italy. Would rent it again if ever we get back to Rome.
We had a pleasant stay at Monica's apartment. She was very welcoming and reliable. The apartment was clean and nice. Perfect place for visiting St. Pieter and vatican museum. We can fully recommend her apartment. It's spacious, well equipped and safe even will a little balcony to sit outside.
A very nice apartment, well equipped and a great location in a nice neighborhood, Good communications, nice restaurants within walking distance and a bakery where you can buy your breakfast bread and the morning cappuccino you bring from the little coffee shop on the corner. We enjoyed our stay here and would gladly stay here again
