About This Listing
Big Ben, Tower Bridge, the Natural History Museum – all are visual icons of London, built by Victorians whose aspirations knew no boundaries - but those are not for rent. With them sits St Pancras Chambers, a gothic fantasy of bricks and spires.

Interaction with Guests
Note that I am offering to share my own apartment. I only accept queries from people with complete profiles. If you do not have previous reviews then please expect to tell me a lot about yourself before I'd be willing to share my home with you.
The building, designated as a national historic landmark (Grade 1 listed) incorporates the St Pancras Renaissance Hotel (5 star Marriott), St Pancras Chambers (private apartments such as this) and Kings Cross St Pancras underground and train station below.
On the edge of fashionable Bloomsbury, it is within walking distance of many of London's sights, from the British Library next door to the nearby British Museum with the West End less than 8 minutes by underground. Restaurants, pubs and shops can be found in abundance both in the building and adjacent hotel as well as the general viscinity including the nearby Brunswick Centre.
The perfect hub from which to explore all that London has to offer.
Kings Cross St Pancras Stn, the most interconnected underground station is directly below the building - the most interconnected train hub in London (6 tube lines inc direct access to Heathrow, Gatwick and Luton airports plus direct trains to Edinburgh, Paris and Brussels!)

This is a fabulous flat at a posh address, a unique modern conversion of a beautiful heritage building. There are amenities at the adjacent station and one hardly has to be outside to get groceries and go to restaurants. The building also has Underground and rail connections to the rest of the city and beyond. Despite the proximity to a major road and the trains, the apartment is quiet. Yaz is friendly and welcoming host, has lived and travelled in many countries, and has many (website hidden) to share. I will be recommending this apartment to my friends.
Yaz and l never met but he is very kind in communicating via mails.
This was my first encounter with airbnb and it certainly won't be the last time.
The description of the accomodation was perfect, even more surprised to see how well equiped the apartment was. Clear instructions in a booklet, five star service in relation to convenience. Wifi available, Oyster cards to use, chargers for mobile phones, Tassimo coffee machine...
Beds were good, bathrooms very tidy.
Streetnoise didn't bother me at all because an extra layer of glass.
The only thing that I can suggest for improvement: exact location of the main entrance.
Location is absolutely perfect. Kings Cross is right beside St. Pancrass.
We really enjoyed our stay at this fabulous appartement. Although it is next to King's Cross/St. Pancras station you hear no noise inside. It is very clean and you have enough space in the rooms for your clothes. Yaz was very helpful and he answers quickly. The photos show exactly what you find there, a beautiful furnished appartement in a beautiful historical building. Thank you, Yaz, we hope to stay there again.
Perfect location, next to Kings Cross station and Renaissance London.
Exactly as in the photos that is provided in the web.
Very clean, comfortable and no street noise.
Yaz is very friendly and paid attention all our needs during our stay.
I recommend this apartment, will definitely stay here in my next visit to London.
Thanks Ferhat for your kind review. We'd love to welcome you again in the future. Regarding TV, it is in fact an active decision not to put a TV in the living room because it would destroy the original character of the room! Hence we put it in the master bedroom instead.
About the Host, Yaz
I have lived in Canada, Japan, the Emirates, Jordan, Scotland and England so far and spend copious amounts of time in the US.
An applied mathematician by training, I spend my time these days managing investment portfolios.
I have an avid (some would say obsessive) interest in political history, architectural history and especially, financial history. I collect 18th and 19th century bonds and banknotes that have particular socio economic significance. A number of these are on display in the apartment including a French revolutionary banknote, a bond from the building of the Panama Canal, an Ottoman Empire government bond amongst others.
