I was not sure how many meals Jim expected to have for his 2 nights stay. With this additionally agreed package, I offered 3 meals with 1-time ride per 1-night stay(It could be subject to change based on situations of both sides). In his first night 10 Feb17, he arrived pretty late and had a dinner. In his 2nd night, after he and his family had breakfast, they went to the city centre and would not have meals at home based on their travel but after awhile they changed their minds and got back home earlier then suddenly requested meals when I was so far away from home already once I acknowledged about their travel plan. The same day( 11 Feb17)before they left after breakfast, they asked me to make some food for their child to eat when they were out and I did. In his last day of stay (12Feb17) he wanted a drop off at 6am in which, according to the listing offer, the free ride one is from 9am, however I arranged a car for him without extra charges. Regarding breakfast on his departure at 6am, in general, breakfasts here start from 8 am (could be earlier or later based on situations but as his departure was pretty early and I already had to get up from 4:30 am to make sure about his airport drop off, therefore it would be nice of the guests' understanding and that he and his family should have felt free to help themselves on their early breakfast as there were varieties of food and drinks to have like toast, fried eggs, bacon, sausages, hot tea, chocolate and coffee etc.

This guest was very rude and aggressive. She used abusive words towards me, without properly understanding and knowing the situation and house rules. She didn't even have the manner to apologise, after she found out that it was her own misunderstanding that was causing the issues. What was completely unacceptable was,she didn't follow the house rules not even the common Airbnb rules. For example: 1. NOT to give the exact details of number of guests who would stay. She booked for 1 guest but came with her friend (herself+her friend=2 guests). 2. Broke the house rules in which some were common sense: - She opened the window while Air conditioner was on and even I asked her to close the window back, she insisted to leave the window on saying that she wanted some fresh air. - I asked the guests not to eat in the bedroom because of the house environment as this would bring some insects&ants into the bedroom and it would actually be bad for the guests who stay in those rooms themselves. The room however, was left so dirty with lots of snacks everywhere. 3. She asked for in house dinner and transfers to the airport, whereas she didn’t book the package. Instead she chose the package which was lower in rate and without additional services. She simply said, she wasn’t aware of any such listing where my add-ons are included. I asked her she can go out and buy herself a dinner from any shopping mall nearby and I was happy to give her a ride, as I was already going out with my mother, on which she refused the offer and insisted that I buy her dinner myself. 4. The biggest problem was, she didn’t understand the airport transfer rule. I was willing to give her the service on additional fee, even tried to explain the rates but she wouldn’t listen or understand. For the package that she had selected, I do not give any transportation service, transfers and meals are included in another package which have different rates, but still I had tried to facilitate her as much as I could. The other guests who booked on this listing read the description and rules as well and also came prepared with the directions to help them reach the airport, where I always helped them by calling a taxi at the door-step for them. In her case, she wanted me to drop her off the airport along with the others guests (who booked the room with transfer & meals package) I told her the fare and even offered a 50% discount to her on the fare and add-on but she did not understand and behaved very badly using abusive language. The only blessing was, her friend, who was able to understand English and the situation better and tried to also explain things to her.
