Great location
95% of recent guests gave the location a 5-star rating.
Your cozy home base, in the heart of Cambria's sunny historic East Village, with splendid hikes in every direction, a blooming shared front garden, organic market and fantastic restaurants at a stone’s throw - a mile to Moonstone beach.

The space
This listing is a 3-bedroom apartment at the Bridge St. Inn, a former church parsonage constructed in 1891. This apartment is private - only the outside garden is shared, including the sandy area, patio and BBQ in the front of the house.

Yes, this apartment has private kitchenette, dining area and bathrooms
(unlike the previous inn/hostel configuration which had all shared bathrooms and kitchen). The kitchenette is simple and has everything you'll need for basic cooking (induction cooktop burners, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, double sink and large fridge) but there is no oven or dishwasher; cozy rooms are small; and apartment does have shared walls with an adjacent studio.

The space is an ideal base for adventurous guests looking to explore the local area, work quietly in a simple space, and connect with neighbors over
coffee, BBQ, a new gas firepit or wine in the garden.

It is not a best bet for visitors looking for large open rooms, to bake or romantic getaways.

Cambria, California, United States

Abundant natural and human inspired splendor: Hike into the two nearby cemeteries and wander to the ocean and through Monterey pine forest on miles of Fiscalini Ranch trails; hunt for treasures at the Main St. second hand and antique shops; wander through the Cambria Historical Museum garden; bike up to Stolo or Hearst winery/tasting rooms; collect moonstones at Moonstone Beach; enjoy Linn’s famous Olallieberry pie; SUP next to the resident sea otters and eat fresh rockfish in Morro Bay; marvel at the enormous elephant seals at Piedras Blancas; or see Hearst Castle (when open again/COVID).
