The slope is located directly behind the building and you can walk or ski to the Winter Park Resort village center.
The space
ARRIVAL:
Upon arriving at the property, covered parking awaits at the building base. An entrance secured by a private passcode leads to your slopeside mountain escape on the second floor.
Please note, there is only ONE parking spot available in the covered garage.
THE MINI PUB:
Inside, a blend of mid-century mod and mountain chic welcomes you, starting with the mini-Pub! Inspired by quaint nooks found in Ireland’s charming public houses, the Pub features cozy seating, warm mood lighting, retro ski art, collected books, and even an acoustic guitar.
Designed for après-ski gatherings and mountain-high spirits, the Pub is all about good vibes and good times.

MID-CENTURY LIVING ROOM:
The heart of the living room is the gorgeous view of the mountains through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Kick back on the cozy mid-century sectional with a warm (electric) fire and stream your favorite shows on the 55-inch TV (recommended to bring any passwords you may want to use).
Put a record on and listen to vinyl albums from artists such as Taylor Swift, Adele, Elton John, Queen, The Beatles, Fleetwood Mac, James Taylor, and a variety of fun and retro Christmas albums.
Or get a game night going! We’re talking Settlers of Catan showdowns, Monopoly marathons, and Uno championships. There are also games such as Catch Phrase, Disney Villainous, Yahtzee, and a few decks of cards for your group to enjoy.

The kitchen’s got all the necessities, even a muffin tin for when inspiration strikes. For coffee and tea lovers, the drink station has a full-size coffee maker, a pour-over carafe, an electric kettle, and a milk frother so you’re never without that fresh latte feeling! I include some coffee and an assortment of tea.
We also have specialty cocktail glassware to enjoy in the Pub such as crystal wine glasses, Mule copper mugs, fluted highball glasses, whiskey glasses, and beer pints.
The handmade dining table seats 8 and features a stunning, photo-worthy backdrop of a ski lift mural and a custom "Winter Park" neon sign.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
A great day in the mountains starts with a great sleep. The star of the primary bedroom is a queen-size Sleep Number mattress with dual control that allows each person to tailor the firmness of their side to their liking. There's even a choice of pillow -- soft or firm, got you covered. Plus, the bedding is 100% cotton sheets and professionally laundered.
The Bunk Room accommodates 6 people with one twin-over-twin and one full-over-full bunk bed. Each bed is complete with a memory foam mattress, a choice of soft or firm pillows, and individual lights to make sure your dreams are as sweet as a Colorado sunset.
In case you are traveling with a toddler or infant, there is also a Graco Pack N' Play in the primary bedroom walk-in closet with age-appropriate sheets and blankets.

HOT TUB:
A stunning infinity-style hot tub is located on the side of the building with views of the slope and mountains. It is the perfect place to take in the cold winter air and soak tired muscles after a long day of skiing.

*I include basic paper goods and consumables -- paper towels, Kleenex, toilet paper, dish soap, sponges, laundry detergent, etc.
*Please note there are two cameras positioned OUTSIDE of the front doorways of the condo. I manage this property remotely and use these like Ring cameras to make sure guests and cleaners get in okay. There are no other cameras on the property.
Guest access
You have access to the entire condo. There is an A&B side that is all included.
Other things to note
Please note that this is a new construction building.
Please also note that this building does NOT have air conditioning. Most units here in the mountains don't have this feature as it is rarely needed.
