This apartment is in an exclusive development of eight luxury holiday homes set in a private and secluded area.
It has two bedrooms on the second floor both of which have en-suite bathrooms and showers. One of the bedrooms also has a cot.
There is a third bathroom on the ground floor.
It is fully furnished using local contemporary furniture and art with western style kitchen.

Electricity is not included in the rental price and will charged according to guest consumption and meter reading taken upon arrival and departure of guest.
Airport pickup is arranged upon request @ THB 400 - 500 THB. Pier pick up charges vary.
A local Thai company is utilized at local rates. Additional passages (above 4) and extra luggage charges apply.
Cleaning @ THB 600 per cleaning available on request.
You will have full access to the 15 meter swimming pool and have two private sun beds.
Interaction with Guests
As much as I would like to meet you all I am not always on the island due to work obligations. However you will be personally met by my Property Manager, Quentin, on your arrival and he will show you the unit and answer any questions that you have. You can also contact him during your stay if you need help with anything.
My neighborhood is the best because it is just off the beaten path yet within a 10 minute walk of the trendy 'Fisherman's Village' and the beach. The neighborhood has not been overdeveloped and there is still jungle all around. The local shop and a good spa that serves breakfast are 2 minutes walking distance away.
There are several means of transportation during your stay in Koh Samui. There is a service called 'Tuk Tuk' It is basically a fleet of pickup trucks or motorized rickshaws that drive randomly around the islands 'ring road' and the tourist hot spots and you just flag them down and jump in. It is cheap on the short run, however, not too reliable and only main road pick-ups and drop-offs.
Conversely you can take one of the many taxi's, but they are expensive and be careful not to get ripped off.
We can also arrange a pick-up and drop-off service for you from and to the airport for an additional charge ( value cost: 400THB - 500THB).
I strongly advise you against renting scooters on the island. I know they are cheap and fun, but hospitals are not. However, if you are a skilled driver, my Property Manager can assist you in renting out scooters for your journey (value cost: $8 - $15/day)
However, if you are more of a car person, there is a reserved private parking space for you at the apartment and we also help you in renting out a car for you if interested (value cost: $30 - $45/ day). A heads-up in advance will be highly appreciated in order to make necessary arrangements.
Other Things to Note
If you do take a taxi tell them to drive you up to 'Sunday's Sanctuary Resort & Spa'. They will know where that is. The property is a two minute walk from there, or you can tell them which final turn to make.
Your here to enjoy and have fun on vacation, right? Enjoy the place, be respectful of your neighbours and please read the pool rules. There is a copy of the pool rules in the unit. Please no smoking or pets in the unit. There is management available on call if you need help.
They were very helpful in letting us know how to get to the place. And the property manager was awesome in getting us situated. Overall, the place is very spacious and is exactly how it looks in the pictures, except the cover photo. That's actually Jungle Club which I highly recommend checking out. There were some issues with the air conditioning but the host and management did everything in their power to accommodate :)
Our family of four stayed at Jussi's villa for 4 nights. Jussi is a great host and all our communications were timely and he went the extra mile to accommodate our requirements. And his local manager Quentin is also a great guy, who was most helpful and a pleasure to have met.
The villa itself is a described. The complex is quiet and small, and all the other apartments are owner occupied. The pool is lovely and a very good size. The kids really loved swimming in it. And the times we used the pool we were almost entirely alone, which is always a bonus.
The bed rooms are good sized and both have en-suite bathrooms. The lounge is large and functional and the small kitchen area is fine for breakfasts etc. We weren't looking to cook on holiday so it suited us perfectly. And there's even a washing machine out back which is handy if you're staying a while.
The actual apartment is just 10 mins stroll into Fisherman's Village - (tip: take a short cut through the nearby temple) and the local beaches. There's loads of restaurants and shopping opportunities in Fisherman's Village and its a much more relaxed area then Chaweng, which for us has become to manic. And if you hire a car you can easily head east to lovely, quiet beaches such as Bang Po Maenam.
All in all we would recommend this apartment to our friends and anyone thinking of staying here. It's very reasonable and well located, and the hosts are both lovely guys.
Overall great stay at Jussi's. Modern and spacious apartment with all necessary amenities and a clean shared pool in a nice community. 10min walk to (pricey) fishermen's village and the ring road from where you can grab a tuktuk or taxi. Nice and helpful service in Samui is provided by Quentin who manages the property.
We would come back!
3 not so great things:
- the title picture of the ad has absolutely nothing to do with the property
- there's a group of dogs strolling around the area by night - has nothing to do with the property but may be uncomfortable for some of you
- Jussi offered to arrange pick up for us. As he didn't mention a price, we assumed it was complimentary which it wasn't. THB 600 from MaeNam peer are overpriced as we later arranged the same distance by taxi for half that price

Furthermore, listing describes that we can coordinate pick up at value price with a local Thai company. Prices are fixed as this is a very trusted pay by service company that awaits for guests during delays.. etc. They are actually the best rates available for this kind of service on the island. Tuk Tuks are clearly half price, but are not very reliable as stated.
L'hôte a fait en sorte de nous envoyer un chauffeur à l’aéroport. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillit par un français. Nous avons pu poser pas mal de questions concernant la dynamique de l'île. L'hôte à pu nous trouver 2 scooters dans l'heure des notre arrivé. Vraiment très pratique !
L'appartement en lui même est sombre. Les chambres manques cruellement de charmes. Les 2 salles de bain sont sans plus.
L'appartement est mal isolé et est situé prêt d'un marché ou il y'a des concerts.
Beautiful condo off the beaten path. Quiet and secluded. Lovely shared pool out front. My cousins and I enjoyed our 3 nights here very much! We were a little disappointed when we were told that the rooftop lounge area that is the featured image for the listing was actually a separate place a 10 minute drive away. Furthermore, we did not realize until we were checking in that electricity is extra. But it ended up being 350 TBH for the 3 nights split between 4 girls, which is very reasonable. Unfortunately we were never able to use the mobile phone that was supposed to be included but the wifi was very good and we were able to make local calls using Skype. So despite a few bumps, we enjoyed our stay thoroughly and would definitely recommend this lovely gem to anyone! Especially for a family of 4 or 5. Very kid friendly. Boh Phut market down the road and Fisherman's Village not even a 10 minute walk away.

Commercial airline captain and photographer. Some of my images are displayed around the apartment. People say I am passionate and dedicated. I enjoy people, traveling and sports. Friends invited me to Koh Samui for the first time in 2008 and now I have the opportunity to share the experience with you. It's a fantastic island with lot's to see and do and my Property Manager 'Quentin' is the best there is.
There are many other property rental websites on the internet but Airbnb offers the best and safest service for both the guest and the host.
