Lastly, this is a full home. It is likely you will other guests and housemates. We do our best to accommodate everyone. As such we have among the lowest rates in town. I will say that our home is not the Ritz. If you expect that then you will be disappointed. We've been told we have a hostel feel. This is the feel we are going for and these are the types of guests we hope to attract. If you are going to be rude or critical of our home then please book at a hotel. If you are going to be down to earth, friendly, respectful and communicative then we do our best to do the same and we would love to host you :)
If you need an additional twin bed let me know a week prior to your arrival and I can put it in the room
Feel free to park on the street but watch for the no parking sign. There is also one little parking drive in front of the house. Alternatively you may park in our backyard lot. Access is to the south of the house adjacent to us and then around back.
Interaction with Guests
We are open and friendly to interact with guests. Engage with us and we are likely to engage back :) Please know that we are not traveling as are you. We are here living our day to day. If we seem busy it is not because we are ignoring you or unfriendly, but likely just distracted. We will always try our best to say hi.
We are so close to everything. I love being able to walk everywhere I need to go.
Other Things to Note
Also, we are pet friendly!

When we arrived it was dark, but the house was easy to find. The house it self was charming and full of character! The roomates were more than welcoming.
Brent was great! It's about a mile from Temple Square. He was very welcoming and I highly recommend staying with him.
I loved the room - large, eclectic, comfy bed, large window facing their yard. The house might not look like much from outside but inside it is clean, spacious, cool old photographs covering the walls. Brent was great! I wasn't very social because I worked every day, left first thing in the mornings, and went straight to bed in the evenings. But the atmosphere of the house is very welcoming and social if you're the type of Airbnb-er who wants to meet new people.
Brent was great, as usual! Great location, nice place to stay, lots of animal friends.
I stayed with Brent while I was recovering from a surgical procedure, I would have to say that this was the best place for me to stay during that time. Brent and his house mates were incredibly welcoming and I felt very comfortable, I felt like I was staying in my own home. The animals were also very friendly and definitely added to the experience.
Brent was a great host. Very friendly and very creative. The room was a nice size and right next to the restroom.
The house is in a great location for walking to Smiths, Trader Joe,s, Trolley Square, TRAX, & more...
Brent was very welcoming, and we had a great time with the various animals of the house. He accommodated our request for an extra bed and gave a recommendation for a terrific dinner place/bar nearby (Desert Edge, definitely try it!). Good coffee and conversation, great place to stay and explore some cool stuff in SLC.
