The Space

Located in the attractive mountain community of Canmore, this 2 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom Townhouse is in the perfect location for a mountain vacation and can comfortably sleep 4 people.

This two level unit is located at Fire Mountain Lodge. The condo complex consists of 24 units, all independently owned. With 1094 sq ft of floor space, it still manages to retain a cosy and comfortable feel. This unit has covered parking too. Parking is not assigned. One stall per unit is allowed. Parking stalls are a little tight. You'll have full use of a hot tub after a day of skiing or hiking. There is also an equipped workout room.

The lower level has a master ensuite bedroom with a king bed and a single bed. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and adjoining bathroom. Each bedroom has French doors leading out onto a private patio with lounger.

The fully equipped, modern kitchen is ideal for preparing meals. Quality appliances include dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer , stove, Keurig & drip coffee machines, and toaster.

The living room has panoramic views of the Rundle mountain range, Ha Ling Peak and The Three Sisters Mountain. Relax in the living room in front of the gas fireplace and take in the vista. The couch is a very comfortable queen sofa. Cable TV, landline telephone, DVD player as well as high speed internet are all included.

A balcony leads off from the dining area and has the same vistas as above plus a BBQ and table and chairs.

Downtown is a quick 10 minute walk to all restaurants, shops, grocery stores and Canmore's new Elevation Place, with pool, waterslide and indoor climbing wall. Canmore' s Roam transit stop with bus transportation to Banff is just minutes away.

NOTE ABOUT CANCELLATION - We understand that circumstances change and cancellation is sometimes necessary. AirBnB control the cancellation policy but in the event that you have to cancel and we can find another guest to fill the reservation slot we will return the appropriate percentage of your rental payment back to you (less any charges mandated by AirBnB's standard cancellation policy). If we can't find another guest to fill the slot then AirBnB's standard cancellation policy applies.

House Rules

SMOKING - This is a NON SMOKING unit. If our housekeeper finds any evidence of smoking having taken place in the condo or on the balcony an extra cleaning fee will be charged of $500.00.

PETS - Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions. If our housekeeper finds any evidence of pets having been in the condo an extra cleaning fee will be charged.

NOISE - The condo complex has strict by-laws regarding excessive noise made by tenants and may charge tenants a fine if a complaint is made.

AGE RESTRICTION - Minimum age 25 for non-family groups.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT - No portion of the damage deposit will be charged provided the following provisions are met.

* No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
* No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
* No linens or condo decor are lost or damaged.
* No early check-in or late checkout (unless otherwise agreed in writing by the condo owner)

CHECK-IN TIME is AFTER 4 PM Mountain Time on the day of arrival and CHECK-OUT is BEFORE 11 AM Mountain Time on the day of departure. NO early check-in or late check-out unless previously agreed in writing by condo owners. If you require an early check-in or late check-out please check with us first; we will try our best to accommodate all requests but we must make sure our housekeeper has enough time to clean the suite before our next guest arrives.

CANCELLATIONS – Our policy is described in our Airbnb listing. Please read it carefully to make sure you agree with the terms contained within.

PARKING – Guests are entitled to the use of only one (1) parking stall within the condo complex.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests is limited to 6 (six) persons.

TELEPHONE - A landline telephone is available for use by our guests. Only local and toll-free outgoing calls can be made from this phone. Nine must be dialled first. All incoming calls can be received.

NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. All garbage can be deposited in bins at front garage.

RATE CHANGES – Rates subject to change without notice. Once a booking has been confirmed and payment received in full, the rate will not change for that booking.

SKIS/SNOWBOARDS IN UNIT- Skis and snowboards are not permitted in the unit.

LODGE HOT TUB – No children under the age of 12 permitted in hot tubs at any time without adult supervision. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. Remember when not using the hot tub, leave cover on so hot tub will stay warm.

INTERNET – Internet service is provided on a complimentary and best-efforts basis. 100% availability is not guaranteed.

GYM – Guest gym is used at own risk.

EMERGENCY – The condo owners do not live in Canmore and may not be able to be physically present at the unit if required by the guest. If there is a problem with the condo complex itself, the building manager Asset West can be contacted during normal business hours. Contact (email hidden). For problems within the unit please contact the owners at one of the phone numbers listed in the reservation details and we will do all we are able to help resolve the situation.

Upon leaving the condo, guests are obliged to turn off all water faucets, the fireplace, the oven/stove, lights or other appliances that could create damage if left unattended. Guests are also obligated to ensure all doors and windows are closed and secured.

Dirty dishes are to be put in dishwasher.

Garbage and recyclables to be placed in bins inside of garage doors.

LIABILITY – The unit is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
