THINGS TO NOTE:
OCCUPANCY: This unit allows 4 overnight guests (up to 5 total with fee/host’s approval). Feel free to have guests over, however in compliance with the city regulations, there cannot be more than 5 people inside the unit at any given time. Over occupancy may result in eviction.

PARKING: There is NO parking on the premises, however there is meter parking in the area as well as paid parking lots.

GATHERINGS: We know you are coming to Miami to have a good time, but out of respect to the other tenants and neighbors, this property has a strict “No Party” policy.

QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10pm to 10am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.

SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your apartment during your reservation period.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is at or after 3pm and check-out time is prior to or at 11am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fee may apply.

SECURITY: For security reasons, there are audio/video recording cameras in the common areas of the building and outside of the building. There are no recording devices inside the unit.

NOISE: please beware that this is a historic building in South Beach, as such walls are thin and you may hear noise from surrounding units.

Guest access
Each guest has access to a private apartment through a keypad. Upon the day of your arrival you will receive the check in instructions with the code to the main door and to your apartment.

Other things to note
For safety reasons, we try to limit interaction with our cleaning ladies and on site personnel. Thus, we don't provide daily cleanings, and access to the property is keyless and contactless. You'll be able to self check in anytime after check-in time.
If you choose the moderate cancellation policy, no alterations are allowed within 5 days from the arrival date. If you choose the non refundable policy, no alterations are allowed at any given time.
The building has no elevator, and units may be on the ground floor or second floor.
