I must admit, even if I live in Rome since 1968 (!), I'm not yet used to the amazing beauty of this crazy city :-)

I love the apartment soooo much! The location is not bad, you can easily approach to the old town area by walking. Very simple but nice furnished inside, the building with long history. Owner is nice but when we arrived, she is in her vacation. But everything organized. Don't worry about ur neighbor, there's a lock for your area. And very independent living with shower, toilet, living room, TV and air condition. Highly recommend!
Piera was extremely nice and helpful! When we arrived, she sat us down for a few minutes with a map and explained where to go and how best to get there. We had to wait an hour before the apartment was finished being clean so at least we knew it was really clean.
The bathroom was really nice compared to most I had seen in Europe and there is only a portable ac unit in the living room (Piera said central AC would be getting installed this week). Overall We enjoyed the stay however, the area was not as nice and busy as I was hoping for. The apartment itself was great though and is walking distance to Termini station (10-15 min), the coloseum, trevi fountain, and the Pantheon. I would stay here again if I end up going back to Rome.
We had an amazing time in Rome and loved staying in Piera's apartment. Piera met us at the apartment for check in and walked us through a map showing some of the "must see" places in Rome. She also gave us some amazing restaurant recommendations and noted them on our map so we would easily find them. The location was very near to train stations, attractions and restaurants and the apartment itself offered all the comforts of home!
It was a wonderful apartment, very clean and tidy with very good location. Piera was very nice and helpful who gave us a lot info about the tourist attractions and the restaurants. The only problem was no air conditioning in the bedroom and the one in the living room got broken. The first day was a bit hot. Piera gave us an electronic fan as a make-up the next day so the 2nd and 3rd day were better. It was on 3rd floor without lift, so for women with very heavy luggage, like us, it's hard work to carry upstairs. But Anyway it was a joyful experience and I would recommend to friends.
We had a wonderful time in Rome and staying at Pieras apartment was excellent! Not only was it in a great location close to all the top landmarks, Piera was so helpful on arrival and gave us a map and all her recommendations for food and gelato! The apartment is on a busy street very close to the metro and train station, noise was not an issue for us as the window glass was quite thick. There were a few stairs to take on, but as a young fit couple, this didn't bother us at all.
We would recommend this place to anyone who would like to stay in Rome. Thanks again Piera we hope to return one day!
Piera made my all-too-short stay in Rome so lovely. She gave me wonderful suggestions of places to see and places to (website hidden) Tre Scalini...wow...if you have a chance, go there! Delicious and such wonderful people working there! This apartment is sweet and cozy. You can get a little exercise walking the stairs, too. :-) I loved being above the street. One morning, I watched a parade! Thank you, Piera, for creating such a beautiful, peaceful space and for all your suggestions. Grazie mille!
