My son Italo or me will be at the apt waiting for our guests also to share our passion for Rome with them :-)
We'll be reachable every time they will need a help
I adore this place, so I am my own guest when I have no guest in the apartement: I like playing around as a tourist.
I must admit, even if I live in Rome since 1968 (!), I'm not yet used to the amazing beauty of this crazy city :-)

Piera was very welcoming and helpful. She met us at the apartment when we got to Rome and told us all about the area (restaurants, markets, etc...).
The apartment was very clean and in a good size, but the best part is the location of it, close to many bus stops, 2 metro station and the main train terminal. The kitchen had all of the supplies that you need for cooking. Be prepared to climb some stairs on the way to the apartment, but that wasn't big problem for me at all.
I'm really happy about my choice. If I come back to Rome I will definitely be staying here again.
Piera and her son Roberto were extremely welcoming and helpful.
Piera was great with responding to emails before our stay for direction to the apartment and any other questions that we had.
Roberto met us at the apartment when we got to Rome. He waited at the apartment an extra hour and a half to meet us since our flight was late getting to Rome. He told us all about the area, where the grocery stores and good restaurants are and made us feel really welcome. They had even put out a bottle of wine for us since we were in Rome celebrating my birthday.
The apartment is the perfect size and everything was clean and fresh. The kitchen had all of the supplies that you need for cooking and there was a stove top espresso maker that my husband enjoyed so much that we ended up buying one to take home. Even though the apartment is on a busier road it was quiet at night and we slept like rocks.
I'm really happy that we stayed in the Monti area. There were great restaurants nearby on Via Urbana and Via Panisperna. There was also great small Italian boutique shopping along Via Boschetto. It gave us a great location to visit all of the major tourist sites and if we were tired after a long day of walking we could hop on the subway and take it home.
If we come back to Rome we will definitely be staying here again.
The apartment is exactly as advertised, nice & clean. There was even a free mid-term cleanup (we stayed for 10 nights). Walking distance to all major sights as well as Termini station. It might get noisy outside, but shut windows and air conditioner seem to solve the problem. Perfect for a couple.
Piera was very friendly and helpful and provided us with all kinds of tourist info & tips - maps, guides, restaurants & gelato in the area - you name it.
Everything was really nice and followed the description. Piera and her son Italo are very friendly and helpful. So we definetely enjoyed our stay a lot. The location is perfect to explore beautiful Rome. Thanks a lot, Piera and Italo!
Had a lovely stay in Rome. Very busy city with lots to see and do. We spent 4 days seeing the sights. Rome is full of history. Our host Piera was very helpful. She steered us in the right direction when it came time to get tickets for the Vatican City tour and gave us tips on where to go and how to get around. The apartment was very clean. However, be prepared for a long flight of stairs. We didn't mind the climb as it was good exercise but wouldn't be suitabe for someone wiho had a hard time walking or climbing. There were 3 girls in our party. There was one bedroom and a pull out couch. I found it a bit tight for three people. Perfect for a couple. The washroom was well equipped with a nice shower. It would have been nice to have had a coffee maker in the room. The location of the apartment was perfect, close to the train station and metro. However, it was noisy for sleeping as it is right in the center of the city. Just remember to bring earplugs. We were there in September so it was quite warm, but there is air conditioned. All in all it was good value for the money.
My friend and I stayed at the apartment for 3 nights and had a lovely time. It is a great location and lovely and clean with everything you could need. I am not a coffee drinker but my friend enjoyed learning how to use the stove top cafetiere.
I was on the sofa bed and it was perfectly comfortable.
Piera was there to greet us when we arrived and as there was no one booked after us we were free to leave when we wanted on our last day which was a great help.
We had trouble with the air conditioning. It was very hot and humid during our stay (for us northern Europeans anyway!) but the flat stayed nice and cool anyway. Piera was very easy to deal with and responded to me and dealt with the problem promptly.
Piera even arranged a taxi for us back to the airport when I asked for her help and we really appreciated that.
I highly recommend the apartment for a visit to Rome.
Piera&Piera's son welcome kindly and give to us welcoming gift for our honeymoon.
Home was very cozy, clean and has proper room size.
Location was very good, too. That is located nearby stations and it takes 15~20min to go colloseum by walk.
Totally, wonderful room in Rome.
