With comfortable outdoor dining table as well as lounge area and gas fireplace to keep warm during the evening chill. watch numerous animals pass by while having your morning coffee. See eagles fly over the lake and deer roam thru the yard.
BACKYARD
Our backyard is simply amazing. With over an acre of land you can throw football, play soccer, fish right off the deck, or relax in the hot tub. The most amazing aspect of our yard is the fact that unlike many other lakefronts we have over an acre of privacy. There are no neighbors on each side of the property just woods. Finish off your day of Pocono adventure by gathering by lakeside firepit and roast some marshmallows or soak up the sunset from the hot tub.

AMENITIES
We are so delighted to welcome you to our property and hope you enjoy it as much as our family and friends do. You are welcome to use the kayaks and fishing boat onsite. We have also made a little beach next to the playground for the little ones .Please wear life jackets at all times. As part of our guest amenities we offer access to our exclusive community facilities such as the pool and other recreational areas for your enjoyment.
Community amenities are open Memorial - Labor Day Weekend. We are proud to announce that there is be a golf cart rental available right on the premises. Please inquire
for any amenity (outdoor pools, tennis court, etc.) is NOT ACCESSIBLE due to weather conditions, maintenance, pandemic, emergency repairs or any other circumstance “Homeowner” should not be held liable for lack of usage of above mentioned amenities and will not refund any money.
Please note that the lake house is located amongst nature there are wild animals around.
