Scott was very good about communicating with me when I arrived in Salt Lake. The bed was comfortable and the people house friendly. I liked the chickens, ducks and rabbits greeting me when I drove in. Accommodations were simple and suited my needs for the stay.
I really liked the place. It was quiet and easy to find. Exactly what I was looking for. Fresh eggs were available from the yard and they were just awesome.
Scott was friendly and helpful. The house is conveniently located and a true "bohemian" experience. Other guests were friendly and unassuming. Unfortunately some details were overlooked.
I love the relaxed, friendly vibe of Scott and his housemates. And the animals! I loved the cats, chickens, ducks, and bunny :-). Also, fresh eggs from the chickens in the morning. The house is walking distance from downtown and food.
Friendly busy atmosphere felt welcome , everyone friendly. Nice neighborhood, walking or light rail real close.
All in all it was a good experience. The house is comfortable, the location is not too far from the center and Scott is a very nice person.
The communication was lacking which led to a few awkward moments and also initially made me anxious because I didn't get information about how to get in to the apartment. Eventually everything was fine.
Scott was friendly and welcoming during out brief interaction. I wasn't at the house much besides to sleep. The room was comfortable and certainly worth the price. I'd stay again if I were to return to SLC.
