One bedroom apartment in the historic depot district of Richmond. The space has a small kitchen with full sized stove, apartment sized refrigerator, and sink. A large open room includes the kitchen, dining table, couch, seating area, and TV. Separate room contains bedroom and entry way. The apartment is equipped with Wifi. Close to Interstate 70 and Reid Hospital. The apartment is within walking distance to a brewery, restaurants, gift shop, coffee shops, two bars, bookstore, and ice cream.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a second story apartment only accessible by an external wooden staircase. Please do not book if this will not be a good fit for you. Also, the train tracks are nearby and trains can be heard throughout the night. If you are a light sleeper, this may not be a good fit.
