House Rules

I expect a nice behavior, civilized, and educated: any problem can be solved simply by speaking. My mother lives next door with two dogs,is a nice lady very friendly, but to refer any request to me. Testaccio is a quiet neighborhood and other people living in the palace: You should not make any noise. At home do not smoke, do not bring other people (except in exceptional circumstances and in any case warning) and you do not bring pets.
In the house there is everything you need. You need to bring only your clothes. As expected from Airbnb, sheets and towels are changed once a week. Upon your arrival you will find everything in place and something to eat for a snack. Is, however your conducting job and daily cleaning of the house and everything you might need during the next few days of your stay.
