See you soon!
The house of Dominique is in the center of Avignon and with walking distance to the train station. Dominique is very considerate that she even prepared us with nice French breakfast. It was quite a good experience.
Although we just stayed for one night, we had a very pleasant stay! The room and bathroom was clean and neat, and we didn't notice we had to share a bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and room bright and spacious. The breakfast was a real treat, and the hosts were discreet and helpful. Perfect location inside the beautiful old city of Avignon. Thank you!
Stock abstellen. Vielen Dank!
I am sure this would be a fantastic place to explore Avignon. It is, however, quite difficult to get there with your own vehicle ; on foot would be much easier. The directions we had from airbnb were the wrong street number, please take note of the number Dominique gives you. We did not stay because there was no on site parking as described, although there is parking for your car nearby. We were not able to park our motorbike there. I did appreciate that Dominique did offer to pay for parking in another car park a few blocks away but this was not satisfactory for us. But I will say again, I am sure this would be a great place to stay in Avignon.
Dominque and Stefan were such wonderful hosts with a delightful sense of humour. We so enjoyed our evening chats discussing a wide range of subjects over a glass of beer or wine. Each morning we were spoilt with a delicious breakfast of fresh fruit, a baguette, fromage, jams, croissants and of course tea or coffee and juice. We slept comfortably in our large spacious room and enjoyed being in the heart of the Old Town. We will take back to NZ very fond memories of our stay with Dominque and Stefan.
What charming hosts, Dominique & Stefan are a very warm & friendly couple.Great location to center of Avignon even though the streets were very narrow for a car ,but that's all part of the experience which was fabulous !!. Only wish I could have stayed longer. A Bientot
Très bon séjour chez Dominique et son mari, qui ont été très accueillant ! Leur appartement est plein de charme ! Nous recommandons fortement cette adresse.
Dominique was a wonderfull host, she would personally make us a lovely french breakfast with fresh crunchy bread and fresh cheese and fruit salad etc all lovingly set for us in the morning before we would leave on our long excursions.
The flat is very centrally located and we felt it was very cosy and comfortable.
We had a small problem on our departure, as the Taxi service misunderstood us and did not arrive to pick us up on the given time. Stefan , Dominiques husband was very kind to bring us to the station. We are very gratefull to him and are very touched by the gesture! He even tried to crack a few jokes to help us feel comfortable, as we were very nervous and very distressed for missing our train.
Many thanks for your warm hospitality and we hope to visit you again!

Tout était parfait, merci :)
This is an apartment with high ceilings and lots of light. It's really lovely. And the room we stayed in is big and beautiful, with an antique settee. Dominique and her husband really went out of their way to make us feel at home. Even more, Dominique rode her bike to find us when we couldn't find our way through the narrow streets of Avignon. Her husband hopped in his car to lead us out again when our short visit was over. She helped us in other ways, making our visit so much better. The location could not be better!
