Interaction with Guests
Mike and I are hands on owners, available when needed. Kind of like your mother in law.... Close enough to see when needed but not so close that it's uncomfortable. You will often see us working in the yard, doing a project or attending a BBQ at the fire pit when invited by guests. We do not live on site but are active participants in our little community. We love to get to know your story if you are wanting to share, but respect everyone's privacy.
We live next door to an elderly care facility that has a wonderful Russian population. It has been our pleasure to see the women in their Babushkas gather in the parking lot across the street on a hot summers night. We have heard men playing fiddles and have made wonderful friends. This neighborhood is magical with its restaurants and nostalgic history. Art fest,Elkfest, the Museum, the summer concerts in the park.
Centrally located and easy transportation by bus, cab, train, bike. The Centennial trail can be accessed for walking, running, biking and it connects all the way to Idaho if you are in for a whole day of activity.
Other Things to Note
Our city is growing! There is so much activity percolating and we are happy to share this with you if interested. Music, food, art.... A city that is transforming before our eyes. We have a series of parks designed by the famous Olmstead Brothers who Designed Central Park in New York and have not one but two beautiful venues on our National Historic register.
No smoking in unit or in areas that affect other guests. If you spill, clean it up. If you use it all up, replace it. If you break it, cop to it. Simple rules of being a thoughtful guest and a good human being.
