The best part of any travel is when things exceed your expectation and I hope I could do the same for you.
Please write to me briefly about your requirements and I am looking forward to give you all the tips you need to enjoy your vacation.

It is very safe neighborhood with 24 hours security, who lives in this area are expats and tourist who have extremely easy access to the main highway (save a lot of commute compared to the marina and JBR) and still get the benefit of all the cool areas along the beach.
Metro and taxi are available just next to the building.

In accordance with Dubai Government's Decree No. (17) of 2013, guests staying at hotels & holiday homes will be charged the “Tourism Dirham" fee for each night of occupancy. The Tourism Dirham fee for my apartment, as set by by the Department of Tourism & Commerce Marketing (DTCM), is AED 10 per night. This fee is to be collected from you at time of check-in, so please ensure you have the appropriate amount of local currency to pay this charge.
Note: If a holiday home is not charging you the Tourism Dirham (10 dirhams per night per flat), It would probably mean they don't have a permit to rent out their place for short term so I would not advise you to
book that particular home and avoid potential hustles.

Hello, I moved to Dubai back in 2004 to peruse my professional career at the time where half the city wasn't even built. I loved the city with all the 'buzz', activities and its multi cultural mix which makes it so exciting for me to stay here.
