The space
The home is set on a quite street and is facing an industrial building. It has the living room, dining room, and kitchen all on the main floor with the two bedrooms and the bathroom on the second floor. The home has a split HVAC system which gives you complete control, allowing each room to set their own unique temperature. In the rear of the home you will find a small deck and yard for you to enjoy. Behind the small fenced yard is a seperate small home that we rent separate from this one.

Guest access
The entire property and home is your to access. The home does have another home in the rear f the property that is seperate from this home.

Other things to note
This home is located facing an industrial building so the view is not the best but this does keep the area very quite and private. The location is excellent for accessing many of the best food and entertainment options that St. Louis has to offer!

We welcome cat's and dogs with a cost of $150/per pet per stay and an additional $50/month for each pet for long term stays. If you are traveling with more than one pet, please be aware that you will have to pay this fee for any additional pets beyond the first on the day of check in.
