At Writer’s House you’ll discover Lisbon from an ideal spot with a Portuguese writer as your host. If in doubt, feel free to ask before booking. The space
Accessible through a semi-private corridor, the apartment consists of three floors.
On the ground floor, there is a living room with a sofa bed (accommodating two people), a kitchen (equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, and all necessary cooking utensils), and a bathroom (WC) with a bathtub.
On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a single bed and a wardrobe.
On the second floor, there is a spacious bedroom with four beds, a wardrobe, and a view of the Church of Santa Catarina. The second floor is equipped with air conditioning (Panasonic with inverter system).
The apartment is located in the Lisbon neighborhood of Santa Catarina, a few hundred meters from Bairro Alto and about a 10-minute walk from Baixa Pombalina. Within 50 meters are several stops of the famous tram 28, allowing visits to São Jorge Castle, Alfama, and Graça. Rossio and Cais do Sodré train stations are less than 1 km away. Less than 200 meters away are various bus stations to Belém and other parts of the city. Within 200 meters is the viewpoint of Santa Catarina, one of the best vantage points in Lisbon overlooking the Tagus River estuary.
In the vicinity, in addition to numerous restaurants and shopping areas, there are grocery stores that close only at midnight.
Access to the apartment, located in a 19th-century residential building, is through a semi-private interior corridor, allowing for greater privacy.

The neighborhood of Santa Catarina is very close to Bairro Alto, but with the advantage of being a quieter and more picturesque area where you can enjoy a popular and safe environment.
