Una estancia fantástica: muy buena atención, habitaciones muy acogedoras y personal amabilísimo, al que me gustaría felicitar desde aquí por su trabajo. Una opción absolutamente recomendable!!!!
Yanamin guest house is a very good deal. They provide a real 3 stars service at a very good price. The beds are comfortable, clean and the rooms are spacious. On the top of that the staff is so kind you will feel home away from tourist places but still at 5 mins walk from plaza de armes.

Good location for both Plaza de Armes and Av El Sol, comfortable beds (with real duvets) and clean rooms.
The door is locked all the time and you have to be let in so it feels very secure.
Our shower was cold and our heater didn't work, but once we got under the duvet we weren't cold at all.
Very little opportunity to interact with the staff or other guests, so don't stay here if you're looking to make friends, but perfect if you just want somewhere clean and private to sleep.
This was an amazing house to stay. From the outside you cannot tell, but the rooms are well furnished and very clean - clean beddings, clean towels, nice furniture, and TV in every room. We visited in August which is winter time, it was great to have a space heater in the room. Claudia and the rest of the staff were very attentive and helpful in making arrangements for taxi's and recommendations for restaurants. The house and location was very safe, and felt like home. Our only negative was around the hot water situation. I don't think the house was well equipped to handle so many people (17 guests at one time), so there was only hot water available for a limited time and not available all day as was described. Breakfast was great with made to order eggs in the morning. The location was great and a short walk to the Plaza and shopping/dining. Well worth the price.
Excellent hostel in prime location. Walkable distance to the plaza and the sun temple. Staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. Enjoyed the morning breakfast of freshly squeezed juice and egg. Ocassional out of hot water for showering.
First of all, Taxi to the airport should be around 8-10 soles. Taxi from the airport is a bit trickier though, it's super easy to get scammed to pay 35+ soles for a taxi to the center, and since people from the airport are so easily scammed, the taxi drivers don't seem willing to accept a reasonable price. We got one in the end for 20 soles.
I thought Yanantin was great. The room is a bit chilly in winter, so you need the blankets and the heater, but we didn't freeze during the nights. They made a special deal for the four of us through our stay as well and haggled with the taxi driver, which I thought was great. I only wish the Wifi had better range. Breakfast is fresh and nice.
I do think you pay a little bit extra to stay here, but it's money well invested for the location and quiet nights.
Amazing stay!!! Tatiana was an amazing hostess, and we really enjoyed getting to know her family. Then there was the food... YUM! The view in the mirror while simply brushing my teeth was incredible. If you have the chance to stay with this lovely family, DO! You will learn so much about the community, agriculture, cooking, and how to get to Santa Teresa the fun way, if you're lucky ;) do bring bug spray and sturdy hiking boots if you intend to hike to them.
Very nice B&B, and it was only about a 10 minute walk from the bus station. The room was clean, hot shower, and very warm blankets for the cold nights. We woke up to a nice breakfast with fresh squeezes juice both night :) it was also only a short walk away from the Plaza de Armas with fun shops, a chocolate museum, and lots of good people watching. The check in and out was a breeze, and they were very helpful in getting a cab (and telling us how much we should pay.) I do recommend staying here.
